  Update: created test - vfb.businesscatalyst.com.  The problem does not occur on the test site.  Two problems, I noticed on the website do not occur on the test site.

  1. when the accordion expands, I am able to push the hidden part of the screen to the top and read the bottom part on the ipad.

  2. the accordion push the footer down (instead of overwrite) on site test, but not on the online site.

  It seems that this may be a problem of implementation with the host.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Please check if "Overlap the following" is checked on the site of test as the activation of this option, accordion will overlap the elements below accordion, so will not push the contents to the bottom of the page.

  I get the same message for my iPad and iPhone. You have got to be a joke - for me to get a replacement card to load I have to send the whole device?

  You can use PDF 1024 x 768 for all devices except the iPhone. iPhones require their own interpretation.

  When you try to synchronize the iPad and iPhone with iTunes I get the error message to go to iTunes.com to upgrade the software.  Done so many times:

  The question is what iOS 9 requires a newer version of iTunes.  The latest version of iTunes is 12.3.2.  However, iTunes 12.3.X requires at least OS X 10.8.5 to install.  (Current is El Capitan OSX 10.11.3.)

  So, in summary, you will need to upgrade your version of OS X Snow Leopard, which was released more than six years ago.

  The cables for the iPad and the iPhone (and iPod Touch) are identical. They all have the same part number. The exception would be the cable for the iPad Pro. It's longer.  The adapter is different for regular size iPads and iPhones. It sounds as if someone was trying to avoid to honor the warranty.

  It is not possible to synchronize files from the computer to your phone.

  Then I suggest you to download and install the Application Photoshop (Photoshop Mix, or Photoshop Fix) on your phone.
