  Reader 11 and DC can save forms created with Acrobat. Player 10 and before can save if activate you reader with Acrobat Forms. Exactly how do you this depends on which version of Acrobat you are using. With Acrobat 11 and DC, you would select: file > save as other > Reader Extended PDF > activate tools more

  I already have a PDF (not created by me) I have to edit but cannot work out how to enter into new fields of text instructions, I create. I tried to do in InDesign, but the text gets just covered by the blue shape box when you view the final PDF file.

  Thank you. I came across the solution for Auto-filling in a PDF file. If you use Acrobat 11, just right click in your field and copy it. Then paste it into the field that you want to automatically fill. What you enter in the original field will be displayed in the copy field.

  Acrobat 7 is not able to activate Reader documents so that the Reader prior to version 11 users can save the completed form. 11 Reader users can save a non-active form.

  Although Acrobat 8 is able to activate Reader a form, I propose the latest version (11) which is available for purchase from form Adobe. Acrobat 9 will work, but is not sold or taken in charge by Adobe. Acrobat 10 is no longer sold by Adobe, but it is supported for updates.

  The message 'Nothing can be sent from the Office' means simply that you must do this from the 'Start' screen or in an app Store instead of from the "desktop". If you get "Has nothing to send right now" the splash screen or the app Store, then this means that you don't have any external device (ex: projector, printer, etc.) connected to send anything to, or the application does not support.

  Here is a work around that you can try.

  If you try to print from a program like MS word or notepad, and then press the CTRL key and the P key to access the printer Options. You will find the printer that is installed on the computer.

  Your best option until then is to use the option Insert HTML code.

  In many cases, the use of insert HTML looks like create an iFrame on your web page. Essentially, you'd have data external/software features integrated in your page to muse external hotel booking, much like the Google maps present works.

  "Personas" are basically dead. The name was changed to 'Lightweight thèmes' and the Mozilla seems to have lost all interest in this feature. IMO, it is corporate ADHD - build, promote, many users ignore the hook on the feature, of it do not continue to "show the love" and in two or three years 'kick on the sidewalk.

  Basically, the add-on bar went in Fx29 - so there is no image at the bottom. There is an extension that restore the bar of the add-on, and it seems that it supports Personas - based on the screenshots on the page to download add-on.
