  Captivate 5 doesn't have this default option - Update to Captivate 5.02.

  Captivate 5.5 should be allowed.

  More early 5 versions do not have the option.

  If the @ symbol is SHIFT + 2 key, then you have a style WE keyboard (the ' is on shift + 2 on a UK layout).  For this to work properly, you must select the United States keyboard layout - you can change your keyboard layout, as described at the link below.

  Thanks for your message and your suggestions for products in your area.

  Products are available in different countries depending on several factors, some of them are the customer demand, availability of parts, the available technology, legal implications and profitablility.  It is possible that many of these types of factors is not available in your market right now, but maybe in the future.  I'll be happy to post if I get more information.

  Store apps have no locations, you can navigate to (under normal circumstances).

  In addition, Store apps cannot run as "Administrator" because they are sandboxed in a virtual machine, so that they are extremely safe and can be virus.  This is also why you cannot use apps if you do not have UAC enabled: Virtualization provided by the UAC security model is required or the platform cannot even initialize an app in the first place.

• Refresh security in Shared Services menu is not available

  We have EAS 9.3.3 and when I right-click the Security node, I don't see the security of Refresh of SS in the menu. I logged in using admin id and I already checked the permissions. When I get back to the technical support HP in the Middle East, they told me to return to the centers of service again as they can contact HP technical support to the United States and get the recovery of this model, but they refused. Accordingly the HP Middle East technical support solve this problem in tips to return me my laptop in the USA.
  My laptop did not work for 4 months, due mainly my error and stupidity and lack of cooperation of HP technical support in the Middle East and Egypt HP service centers.
