Created cloud doesn't load do not mistake apps/download

I downloaded the creative cloud today so I could use Adobe Illustrator in 30 days free trial. I worked on it for a few hours, normally closed and turned off my pc. Later, when I tried to open HAVE, creative cloud kept loading infinitely. I tried to uninstall and install several times, but I got was either 'Download error', or the infinite loading.


I also tried these solutions below several times too, but noting worked:

Please, try the following steps:

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

Step 1:

Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

Step 3:

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

AppData

Then go to the Local > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Step 4:

Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

    Good, then... I am excited by the possibilities of CC.  I want to get stuck in.  But I'm a little frustrated by that.

    The CC library does not work.  Muse, my CC library panel is empty except for the error message "something went wrong initialization library creative cloud", with a link "more information."  FYI, I saved the (pigeon) web design adapted in Adobe Muse | Muse CC tutorials Adobe files to my CC library and can see them when I go straight TO (my CC staff) my property.  They are there. I can see them.  But they are not load into the Muse CC library folder.

    So, I followed the 'Further information' link in the Panel of the box CC library what , helpfully, opens to work around the problem step by step. Article of the workaround is easy to follow.

    In summary;

    I closed all applications Adobe (Muse) and rebooted.

    I deselected "Hide extensions of known file types", via the control/appearance Panel and customization. (Yes... IM in a Windows laptop... don't hate me)

    I then follow the " AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\ 'directions to search for crime' ".

    Settings.JSON 'file, in order to establish the number SERVICE_PORT.  But the .json file is not there.  In the file CreativeCloudLibraries there are 3 subfolders; LIBS, MUSE and PHXS.
    Here, it 's a settings.json file in the PHXS folder, and there is a file settings.json in the folder of the MUSE, too. It has a third file settings.json in the folder "adobe photoshop cc 2015.2/required/plug-ins/spaces" as well.  But nothing in the LIBS folder.  (I searched SERVICE_PORT in all 3 of the above, PHXS, MUSE and photoshop, but the SERVICES_PORT info is not there... only a port number of debugging for the photoshop .json file... I tried anyway... obviously he wasn't going to work, but I gave it a try!).
    I can only assume two things;
    either, 1) .json to the CC LIB file has not been loaded for some reason any during the download.
    or 2) since article workaround " Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Library Panel does not load in office products " was written, the destination of the file was placed during updates and article is now obsolete.
    Does anyone know how I can get around this please?

    Be warned, I had followed this (to the letter) several times absolutely without success for a whole day! Yet, today, did exactly what I did before... the CC library is now up & running.

    Go figure?  Everything I know and care about is that it works now.

    Running creative Cloud 1.0.0.181 on Mac 10.8.4.  Have you tried Photoshop CS6, CC, and Flash CC - all applications fail to start with the error "Setup error, please uninstall and reinstall the product. Error: 16. »

    I've uninstalled it.  Reinstalled.  Unintalled with CC cleaner.  Reinstalled.  Same mistake.

    I also tried to reset the permissions on the Adobe PCD folder nothing helps.

    This is absurd.  Who takes care of your install scripts?

    OK, I've got it working now.

    Open the Terminal (Applications > utilities > Terminal)

    Type in

    sudo chmod-r 775 library/Application\ Support / Adobe

    then enter your root password

    Not sure why the Adobe installer could not do this when the installation is running, but no matter.

  • Dreamweaver went to work slowly to doesn't load do not at all.

    I have the range of the Adobe programs, but mostly use Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is the only application causing problems.


    1. New laptop (HP Envy, 1 TB) bought in November, with Dreamweaver works.
    2. A few months ago, Dreamweaver implemented more slowly. But once launched, it worked great.
    3. A month or two ago, Dreamweaver has started working slowly, as well. Copy and paste have become tedious. I would click to copy a table or another element on a page, then wait, then go to paste it on another page, then wait.
    4. A few weeks ago, I upgraded from Windows 8 to 10 Windows. Coincidence or not, Dreamweaver has become even slower. It would have been faster to write code by hand!
    5. Today, I was so frustrated with Dreamweaver I used my time to clean my trash, get McAfee to Avast, and update all the programs that need updates (FYI, all Adobe products were already current). Then I rebooted my laptop. When I went to open Dreamweaver, nada. The first time, I gave it an hour to load before I gave up. He is now on his second charge, for two hours, and it is not yet in place.

    What should I do next? I read this: don't remove a corrupt cache file but there is no info on Windows 10, and I couldn't find a similar folder (WinFileCache) looking for my laptop.

    But it seems to be a Visual problem with the download bar.

    It just gives the status to extraction, but remained at 0% all the time...

    I have since before Production Premium CS6 and Lightroom 4 installed on my computer (Windows 7 64-bit, 16 GB of RAM).

    Package photography for CC, I joined then, and after logging in to my account, I went to the section DL download a program and install it. The creative cloud desktop application is installed, but it is empty. Only it is a CC of Photoshop, not a Lightroom 5 here, there is no menu and if I try to determine the version of the app as in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-missing-text.html - there is not even a preferences to choose...

    I get no error message and go to the Download Center and try to download Photosgop or Lightroom just makes me a glance of "waiting for creative.adobe.com...» "and then the focus changes to the desktop application creative empty cloud.

    Checking my account I see that my two licenses of product for CS6/LR4 are, where is my CC photography package.

    I can add that I rebooted the system, reinstalled the creative cloud app and tried other things I can think. But I get always a creative application cloud empty, without the possibility to connect on my Adobe account.

    A conversation with an agent of support solved the problem

    The statement was to remove the opm.db in AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE and then I got the login screen.

    The second site load correctly, the first site is cut then you will have to scroll right to see all the when it loads. From what I can tell I have them designed the same. Anyone know why this is happening?

    Aparently if your page doesent scroll that the ipad will scroll to the right, making it the largest site will downword that the ipad wont let scroll to the right.

    I was able to install the media center on windows 8 pro pack, here are the steps I did I had my media center app install so I uninstall it, then I disable Media Player [point of the mouse on the right corner-> click search-> click setting and type add features-> and click on turn windows features enable or disable-> on media file disable windows media player click] restart the computer and run it media center computer Wizard must install, don't know if it was the my media center app or the player windows media which prevented to settle, but it worked :) now just activate all features

  • try to install OTA, bb poster it works but not the app download page

    but it's not the confirmation page to download and install the application

    mime types are confirmed to be correct on the Web server (with firefox)

    what the hell could I do it wrong?

    Kindof looks like a test page default for the web server.

    You have your types JAD is set incorrectly, or you have the incorrect URL.

  • Creating cloud apps not downloading or synchronization.

    For awhile, I can't download all the programs of creative cloud and creative cloud is not synchronized either.  I cleaned all unwanted possible on my computer, thinking that it might be that, but still, it does not correctly, apps download download only goes up to 42% and just stays there.  with synchronization, it's the same thing, it just says his timing all the time and don't actually synchronizes all files, I did work on in school.  I really want to get this resolved somehow since its really not fair that I have to pay for a service that does not completely my needs.
