  Well well, the swipe of the finger and I uninstalled it Muse CC instead of the program I intended which was just below.  Within the cloud thing, it won't let me download it again, so I can reinstall it.  Need help from Adobe, but as usual, their cat thing is turned off for the night.  Any suggestions?

  Well. I have been using the design standards of my Adobe Creative Suite 6 from 2014. I pay for it and it's mine to use. Today, for some reason when I try to open Photoshop to finish work on some photos of the competition (deadline at midnight), I get a pop up as soon as I click on Photoshop and Photoshop never opens (it just freezes). The pop up says I have to download an application handler.

  Why was working perfectly yesterday and today I need an application Manager (even for CS6 and CC). I don't want CC. I talked to a representative and it took 3 minutes to tell me that I had no right to a phone call (us without CC are at the bottom of the list). All I could do is to use the Chat! I did, a person pick up and send me to a long discussion that has nothing to do with my problem.

  I am so freaking crazy! I don't understand how they get away with it. Imagine buying a car and after 3 years, the company has put a hold on it, and you cannot start!  It is obsolete!

  Have you received your verification email and click the link in that email to verify your account? If you have not received this e-mail in your main Inbox, check your Junk folder please.

  If you have checked and still get the Subscribe page, it is likely that you just didn't connect to the service again. Go to http://cloud.acrobat.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Once you have logged in, you should be able to convert files!

  You don't mention what version in your first post - it's an important detail.

  Are you sure that you open the CC of Lr version and not an older version that is still on your computer?

  If this is not the case - out of the application of CC desktop and sign back in--this should lead to the latest version.
