• Remove Desktop Icon shortcut arrow without creating a black square problem

  I found the following on the web to make the desktop icons disappear (they are transparent rather).  However, it has created a new problem; black square after turning on the laptop the next day.  Black squares did not show up on top of each simple desktop icon, but it's quite a few of them.  I was able to get rid of the black squares by reversing what has been created in the registry keys. but of course the arrows are back.  I don't want to.

• Is there no way to create a separate mobile site now this Muse creates only sensitive Web sites? Due to the nature of my site, sensitive aspects create a lot more problems than they fix. How can I go back to an older version of Muse?

  I've updated Muse about 13 days ago and since that time, it was a nightmare trying to get the 'sensitive' aspects to cooperate. I don't want to create a website full of places so that sensitive aspects working fluidly. I have images that overlap that separate that they respond to the reduction in the browser. I liked having the opportunity to work separately mobile aspects of my site and now I was just facing a lot of new revisions to do this upgrade.

  Is it possible for me to go down to just before Muse these new updates or always have the opportunity to work with mobile versions of the site separate from the desktop version? These new updates make almost a waste of time for me to use the Muse.

• OMEN of HP for laptop - 15-5010nr: Hp Omen back light problem

  Hi, so it confused me for a long time now. I have this problem where my backlight ISN'T want to change to any other color but BLUE and its only the right side of the keyboard. The Start button / stop and the speakers are an exception to this decision apparently. I don't know exactly when it happened, but it has affected my computer for a while now. At this point im thinking a factory reset might do the trick, but I don't want to go through the long fight to take back to his feet. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I would be grateful helps it a lot because I love the ability to color, but I'm limited its use. If necessary I will add a picture of this. • Snapshot before resizing the guest OS system partition, it will allow me to roll back if problems arise?

  I currently have an ESXi Server vsphere 4.0 with Windows 2003 Server comments on that operating system. And just to be clear, this virtual machine is a control area on the network.

  The problem I have is that the system partition (C drive on the guest operating system) is running out of room. I have plenty of room in the data store where the virtual machine, so I added 30 GB drive under disk space commissioning in additional virtual machine settings page. The configuration type is thick. So everything seems to work great so far, I see this space as unallocated within the guest OS.

  After some research, I found several tools that help me to inresizing the system partition to take advantage of the additional disk space. Specifically, I intend to use the dell (ExtPart) DiskExt utility to resize the partition in order to reduce downtime. Apparently, this tool works without restarting the Windows machine.

  My question is, if I make a snapshot before you try to resize the partition of guest operating system, this would allow me to go back and cancel any potential damage that resizing of disk can cause? I understand that I expected to be able to undo a change such as this with a snapshot, I just want to be 100% sure.

  And no, I'm not trying to use a snapshot as a substitute for a backup. I do a snapshot to reduce downtime in case of a problem.

  Any information on this would be highly appreciated.

  I guess I over thought the process a little too, so I tested.  Works like a charm.  extended to the HDD via the vSphere Client, created a snapshot, ran extpart extend drive C:, delete the snapshot.  VM, although not a controller domain and just a test VM, is functional and happy.

• Creating form first, curious problems

  I am using Acrobat Pro XI to create a form based on a Microsoft Word document. I've done this before, but the last time was several years and there are several versions, and I feel like I'm lost without a map.

  When I filled my form and tested in Adobe Reader (v9.5), several of the fields were poorly formatted. The text was too big, and instead of scrolling after a field filled up, the text is shrunk.

  I have opened the form in Acrobat. Darn, field properties have been poorly adjusted. I fixed them, saved and tested again. Field properties were always wrong. I have re - opened the form in Acrobat and found that I just put field properties were back to their original values.

  I finally got all the fields to look right, but I don't know how. If I tried to define each field property enough times, doing things in different orders and in different ways, subsequently change 'stick.' I'm not sure, but pressing Enter after that before a field value (e.g. font size) seems to help. But this is no way to have to work. What's put the thing to make a field property stay when I put it?

  I found the solution. This is an extension that was causing the problem. The extension name is grant WinToFlash. Just removed and restarted Firefox. Now, not only the back button works again, but the next button appears again.

• Update for MS office 2010 SP2 creates a lot of problems

  Go to elevated (admin) dos permissions window. (right click command and click on run as administrator as shown in the following image) type sfc/scannow. Let completeion. Who takes care of all the system files that the System File Checker considered as corrupt.

• Creating Windows DVD - decoding problem?

  It turns out that this filmmaker of windows does support not either of the types of files that I used (.avi and .mov). They do not also support many other file types. He had to be a .wmv file format.

  Suddenly, my internet connection started having serious problems, and I thought that my network card sang her last song.
  Stopped loading websites, applications stopped connecting to the cloud etc, although some applications using direct IP to connect worked, so my first thought was a DNS issue.

  I even re-installed the whole PC after hours of no results.

  So with a clean PC, things started working again. I then started to reinstall all my software from scratch, and all of a sudden, the problem returns. Again, I begin troubleshooting. After starting the PC in safe mode with network capabilities, I realized that it wasn't my network card.
  After hours of restarting and deactivation/activation process in the background, the cultprit was obvious.

  Creative cloud caused network issues for each unique application, I used. But it only happened when the CC began the initial load of windows. I can start it then no problem.

  So basically:

  New installation of PC

  Install CC
  Is connection problems.

  Solution: Disable the autostart for "Adobe Creative Cloud"

  Autostart can be disabled in the application itself, or through research 'msconfig' on windows, auto-start tab.

  Someone has to take a look at this. I was very close to the purchase of new equipment for my computer, or replace all MOBO, CPU, RAM etc. It took my almost two days to understand this. It wasn't an obvious problem.

  I found something to add for PC users using Windows 10 (not sure how to apply it to Mac):

  • Run msconfig - takes you to the configuration of the system (as previously indicated by Florrpan)
  • Check "Selective startup" is selected on the general tab.
  • Check load system services and load startup items.
  • Go to the Services tab.
  • Disable all Adobe services and click on apply.
  • Go to start and open the Task Manager.
  • Ensure Adobe Creative Cloud is disabled - this can be done by using the right mouse button or the button disable at the bottom of the window.
  • Make sure that Adobe Updater utility to start is disabled.
  • Make sure Acrotray is off.
  • Restart your PC.

• Palm Pre for Sprint data back up problem

  I have problems with data upward with my Palm Pre for Sprint - Palm webOS 1.4.1.1

  I set it so "On" to make the data to automatically back up my Palm profile every day, however it has not saved it automatically since June 5.  I just noticed today (June 17) and I tried today to back up data manually by clicking on "Back Up Data Now" button, but the screen just hangs indefinitely with a note saying 'Préparation' never back up the data.

  On a related note, between June 6 & June 10 I made a trip to Canada where my phone was roaming - then I can understand why he might not come back in these circumstances - but I went back to the United States on June 10 and he has not saved automatically since and it does not appear that he is able to save manually either.

  Anyone had a similar issue or know what I could do to remedy this?

  Of course, it seems that a simple reboot solved my problem.
