  You want to display the fields of DFF at a LOV? DFF values are stored in the attribute columns (attribut1 to Attribute15), so add that to your VO LOV query.

  Now, I want to subordinate the 2nd lov values to first lov.

  Sorry, but as far as I know samples do exactly what you want. If not should be able to adapt the samples to your needs.
  In general here on this forum we only point you in the right direction...

  I work currently under Oracle Ebusiness Suite 11.5.10 and we want to change the behavior of a form without changing the file of the form '.fmb '.
  If the left only choices using custom.pll or customize the forms.
  But in both directions, I have failed my task.
  
  my task:
  We have a field with no lov and we want to add a lov to this field. The lov would have some columns and a custom SQL.
  
  Customize forms of I managed to create a group of record but I can't create an lov.

  (1) by selecting the project number.
  
  (2) a list in the selected projects.
  
  each time the user selects the project number specific to the 1st point LOV assossiated with this project task list should be
  entered in the 2 nd LOV.

  Hello Krishna,

  To create dependent LOv, select project task VO id and pa_tasks_all contains the IDs of the project as each task must be linked to the project.

• Can create new LOV field with customizations or CUSTOM.pll?

  I must add a field that does not currently a LOV. Is this possible with customizations? If this isn't the case, it is possible with CUSTOM.pll?

  You cannot create a lov during execution. But you can assign a lov existing an element using SET_ITEM_PROPERTY('BLOCK.) ITEM', LOV_NAME, 'xx');

  JDev version 11.1.1.7.0

  I have an EmployeesVO. And I did the DepartmentId as a list of values, under UI tips that I have selected DepartmentName.

  When execution of the module of the application when I change another value of LOV. The system hangs forever.

  is this a bug of 11.1.1.7.0 version?

  I think you are wrong in your PB-primary and foreign key relationship, so that the erroneous association and links created by Jdeveloper while creating tables business components. Remove all associations and links. Remove all your application data model. And create LOV on departmentID.

  What is your version of JDev? What technology you are using (BC4J?)?

  Assuming you are using BC for the model, you tried to create another object view based on query something like

  select distinct gender, gender from your table
  

  and then use this VO for LOV?

  Here are the steps

  Start by creating a package of BC4J for your object of related model LOV
  Create the view LOV object
  Add this VO to your AM
  Create the region LOV
  Add a table in this region
  Create a message field Input LOV
  Add the mappings of the LOV

  Now you can test the same. For more information please see the tutorial exercise.

  This generates a form of beautiful table, an entry for each client... but I want the user to go to the bottom of the selectList representing the city column and select the city for each record in the table.

  from cityZip where cityZip.zip =: zip code
  
  The problem is that the use of the postcode in the LOV query does not contain the zip code of the current record value, so it does not work! Does anyone have an idea how this could be done?

  The problem is that the data in your report are not contained in APEX elements in your page. Try to look at the combination of the form & report and put your selection list in the form. When you click 'Edit' on a line, that data fills out the form. You will have then the information limit the query for your LOV.

  I need to create dynamic Custom.pll LOV I want to associate this LOV and Recordgroup with the Flexfield. How can I do this?
  I created a dynamic disk group of the statement "CREATE_GROUP_FROM_QUERY".
  
  The point is, that I have a field on a standard form which calls the article number, and I want to display in the flexfield one that lists the folders that I show depends on the value that I have type in the item number field. I do everything in custom.pll. I have no customization of forms being the version 11.5.8.

  Hello

  That you have created a group, you can take any defined LOV and associate the group property to set_item_property.

  And you can again change LOV the runtime to use the other group for registration according to the use.

  But LOV must be defined at the time of the design only, only record group can be associated with dynamically.

  I'm trying to implement a LOV cascading to a tabular report.  I have been using an example by Denes Kubicek (https://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=31517:315).  I am able to get this example works when I'm on the workspace hosted APEX (workspacehttps://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=67254:1 = COA demo/demo).  The example works as expected in the space of organized labor.

  My problem is when I take the application and import in a workspace internal APEX LOV Cascading sets the value of the first row in the table report; However, it does not define the following lines, and it does not dynamically change the values in the first rows of LOV, when another Department is selected.  I also tested the results by exporting the application on internal site to the hosted site. It works perfectly on the hosted site, but not inside.  Our internal APEX site is running version 4.2.2.00.11.

  The JavaScript code that is executed in dynamic Action is:

  Browser of witch you use when you test?

  When you test check browser console if there are JavaScript errors.
