  I get the error message "the server is not responding error 207' code when you try to update the creative cloud and my colleagues have the same questions.

  We believe that it is perhaps that we are blocked by our proxy or a firewall, but us asked what communication ports they need to open in order to make it work.

  I recently bought the Canon 7 D Mark II and received a 1 year free to the creative cloud subscription. I tried for three weeks to download and install CC, but just get error 207.  I tried all the suggestions of various forums on this subject, but nothing works. I stopped my anti-virus, firewall, bypassed my router and on and so forth.  I just downloaded and installed 14 elements without any problem. I also received One Kelby Training for a year, but may not use it to CC.  Any suggestions?  I am 70 and have successfully downloaded and installed several software products over the years. Why is it so difficult?

  We run OSX Yosemite. The only mac that it worked was the one in which I initially downloaded the package. We cannot reuse the same package file? I have a site license and requires the same software installed on several machines.

  Welcome to the Adobe forums.

  You can certainly install the package on other MAC computers. Can you please check the security and privacy on MAC machine where the batch fails.

  Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > allow downloaded applications on and select anywhere.

  Launch the installation of the package. Let us know the error if it does not work yet.

  PhotographyStudent Error 207 indicates that your connection with the Adobe server has expired.  You connect on a managed network?  If this isn't the case, then please try a wired connection if you connect wireless.  If you already have a wired connection, please try another cable.

  Adobe Gaming SDK is a set of frameworks and tools to build the Games Action Script, it doesn't have it's own UI (User Interface). Please check start menu if you are on Windows. For mac, please check Applications folder, you should see a folder named "Adobe Gaming SDK 1.4".
