  If you include this PDF in a HTMLResources folder, it is not interactive. There are several solution, and if you we say exactly what you are trying to do, we might be able to point you in the right direction.

  You must create a new instance of the DPS App Builder application. Select iPhone and iPad. If you use the same mobileprovision files (or mobile layout updated of the files of the bases on the same ID App), it is considered that a version update of the application itself.

• Next and third folios do not appear in the iPad app

  I built a multi-folio for iPad app and it is now published on the AppStore.

  First 2 folios published for my application displayed in the application, but the next and third folios don't although all of them are displayed as "Published" in Folio Producer.

  During this time all new folios appear in the Anroid created under the same Adobe ID app.

  These product IDS are folios, no apps, so they must be different. Update to use different values. Example: com.mycompany.myapp.201401 and com.mycompany.myapp.201402.

  Yes, HTML forms work best. There are tons of sites that also offer pre pready HTML code (e.g. Add a WebForm to an Adobe Digital Publishing Suite Folio ) and the direct URL that you can use as Web Contect to display the form as jotform.com or wufoo.com etc.

  InDesign animations are not supported in DPS. Use a sequence of images or create animation in Adobe Edge animate.

  You cannot create a new application for iOS5/iPad1. Single edition apps are

  created automatically to version 28 for members of creative cloud.

  Pro or business users can always backsave one version.

  Older apps will continue to operate.

  For the first, looks like you create a development certificate, in order to have the correct option selected. For the second, you have enabled a setting in the previous Panel that sets these options. Just use the defaults - 2048 and RSA.
