  Creating cloud App is installed on my computer, but the window is empty when I open it. I use PS on Windows 10 CC. (If the information system in Photoshop says it is on Windows 8) All updates are underway.

  I just bought a new Mac and transferred all over my old. I came across some problems with getting LR and PS and creative cloud app to load and work on the new. Finally got everything settled, but Creative Cloud Desktop App tilts my version of LR in "trial" when I have a paid-up photography subscription which includes PS (PS app is fine). Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Make sure that you install products on a new computer, rather than transfer, copy, or restore them.

  How can I get the keyboard screen on back?

  Remove KB3004394 from Windows updates and reboot. It has caused many problems.
   
  Go to the updates of Windows. It should appear in the start menu. All programs, or you can find it in the control panel.
   
  Click view update history and installed updates. In the search bar type in KB3004394. When it shows the update, do a right click on it and uninstall it.
   
  Microsoft has released the update if you do not have to worry about coming back.

  I just saw icon cloud on the bar at the top for a few seconds and disappear from it and nothing happened.

  What I did:

  • reset and reinstal the CC App several times
  • Uninstall CC App and run a cleaning of Adobe tool and clean CC App. Install it again

  I still installed on Mac CS6 and cannot uninstall this time.

  I found what the problem was.

  Another application causing the cc crashing.

  If someone using GROWL for Mac this application has a conflict with CC App.

  I close this application and everything seems to work properly.

  Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.

  Exactly what the title says.

  I was about to launch Adobe Photoshop CC today, but it seems to be missing. It does not show a spotlight search (it shows Lightroom which I also have).

  Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud App says that CC Photoshop is installed and up-to-date. When I go on the site of re - download, it loads the creative application Cloud, says that it is installed and up to date and is not download.

Please let me know if that helps with the icon.

• [MAC] Creating cloud App crashes

  Whenever I try to open the creative application of cloud, it starts to connect, and the Home tab loads very well. Then after a few seconds, it closes!

  I tried to reset the access settings, uninstall the application, remove oobe folder, connect with another user, disconnect - then again through photoshop... nothing works!

  The programs I already still works very well and is recorded in what it looks like there is no problem with my account. I also tried to use the cleanup tool to remove app cloud creative and Manager app.

  This problem started a few days ago and have worked well so far.

  Any suggestions?

  If anyone has this problem - download the new app CC as it may seem, they have fixed the bug that is creating this problem. After 1 month of pain, my CC is finally working.

  I looked around on the forums and seen similar problems, but the application itself does not charge upward, she just a small window. I can't interactive with it in any case apart to move it and need it via the Task Manager to kill.
