  creating cloud does no validation software liscense.  pop up screen that loads / process it pops up, then goes over and over again in a loop.  I removed and redownloaded the programs and the clouds together several times and used the scan.  It says trial has expired, but I should have the teacher / education version.  What should I do about it? I need to use it.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  I just bought a new Mac and migrated my data from the old computer to the new. Now create clouds starts, but does not connect. I just get the spinning of death thing. I try to uninstall and I get an error message saying that I can't uninstall because I still have applications that require the program. I already downloaded the latest version and reinstalled it, nothing helps.

  If the links above do not help, try cleaning remove the creative cloud application and put it back:

  (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

  Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

  (2) remove the rest of the files:

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

  C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE {to view the hidden AppData folder, files, folders, file name extensions see see |} {Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.}

  Cleaning tool 3 - run Adobe: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe

  4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

  Hi Jeff, I already did with her... I just... EXPECTED! Creative cloud did not send any message or communication at all but then I got the installation procedure has begun... unexpected! I think the only problem was the internet connection... don't really know.

  My apologies if this is a stupid question, but I just of signed CC and downloaded Photoshop and InDesign, without any problem, but the first (among others) does even not appear in the list of available downloads.

  Can someone advise please why some applications would be missing and how to access it? Thank you :-)

  Your operating system is not 64-bit. All video applications require a 64-bit OS. Check their requirements on the product pages.

  Following the advice of some forums, I deleted Adobe and ref CC applications more to run a cleaner. He still does not!

  Please use the following steps:

  1. Follow solution 2 in the link error: "unable to install". Creative Office Cloud
  2. Use DOWNLOAD Adobe Creative cloud apps | CC free trial Adobe to reinstall the desktop CC application.

  We are an American company publish in Chinese. We subscribed to the creative cloud a few months back and have been using the English version. However, as we are dealing with Chinese characters, it has features that seem to be available in the Chiense version based on our experience with Creative Suite in the past. Is there a Chinese version of the software for us to download creative cloud?

  Yes, you can switch to the two versions of the Chinese in the Adobe Application Manager (AAM). Launch of AAM and click on your name at the top left. In the context menu of the drop-down list, choose Preferences. Put yourself in the field of languages you want. The two versions of Chinese are at the bottom of the list. If it's hard to scroll with the mouse, you can use the up and down arrows on your keyboard.

  

  You will need to uninstall the language version you have before you install the Chinese. On Windows uninstall from the control panel. On Mac OS X uninstalling Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers.
