Creating cloud install app checks incorrect e-mail address
I have CS3 on my computer that I bought a while back (directly through Adobe). I also have a CS6 version that my business partner bought for me on his account. Yesterday when I signed up for an individual account of CC I registered through my account information and electronic mail. But when I run the Installer app CC, he wants a verification e-mail to my business partner. I can only assume that Adobe upgraded me with its CS6 and not my CS3 version. I've since uninstalled CS6 and want to start over, but online chat and phone support did not help. Lose valuable time. Help, please!

You can try this:
Please rename the OOBE folder from the following location
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
After you rename the folder OOBE please reboot the machine and then launch the application once more.
(To see the hidden AppData folder, files, folders, file name extensions see view |) Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.)

I'm having a nightmare getting my live account works with outlook 2002 on Virgin Media. I can receive mail (which was never a problem) and after constantly fiddling with settings, I removed all errors except one.

The e-mail address is the same in Outlook and living as it was copy and pasted (I did not trust my typing after 20 attempts!).

Am new on eSign API / integration so apologies if this is obvious.
I have successfully connected using oAuth with scope agreement_send:self and now want to call the sendDocument function. SOAPUi uses to test. Stripped tags I don't need (and can be stripped too many). The error I get is invalid email: null error.
I guess the sendInfo section is optional, and in the absence of this, the token is used to determine who is the dealingh system with.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Jeff, I already did with her... I just... EXPECTED! Creative cloud did not send any message or communication at all but then I got the installation procedure has begun... unexpected! I think the only problem was the internet connection... don't really know.

I've had a subscription to creative cloud for a while now. He likes a lot. but this new update until 2015 was intrigued. now all my apps say it's a trial period and it has expired and I can't use the apps more without purchaseing them. my contributions are still released every month then what happens? It wont let me update one of them now either.

I had vor international Zeit eine testversion von AE gehabt und dazu wurde auch die installed creative cloud. Die lief ab und ich deinstallierte cloud testing phase.
Nun möchte ich AE kaufen und versuche zum xten evil Cloud zu installieren aber die are funktioniet nicht mehr.
Download ja aber wenn klappt das're sich installieren will be kommt immer nach international Zeit der Abbruch und eine message: "Fehlercode1."

Please, try the following steps:
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then try to install the creative cloud application.
Let me know if you encounter error once again.
