Creating cloud is not showing is not apps
I have CC plan photography. Yesterday, I was able to open my apps via the CC. Now my CC looks like this: I have to uninstall and reinstall? The server is down? What am I paying for? I never had problems with Adobe applications prior to CC!

A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the steps:
Mac:
Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old.
Go to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and creative cloud desktop folder.
Download and install CC Office again. If the problem still persists, then restart the Mac start-up and try reinstalling: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

Earlier today, I installed Adobe Creative cloud and any time I try to launch it, it never opens. I did all five of the ways to solve this problem and nothing works. He always just refuses to start. Also when I deleted all the files in the OOBE folder, they never returned.

I just bought a new Mac and migrated my data from the old computer to the new. Now create clouds starts, but does not connect. I just get the spinning of death thing. I try to uninstall and I get an error message saying that I can't uninstall because I still have applications that require the program. I already downloaded the latest version and reinstalled it, nothing helps.

Creative cloud does not apps.
Yesterday I flamed up to creative cloud and downloaded CC Photoshop and Lightroom 5; they correctly installed and work very well.
When I bring him up to the creative cloud desktop application as 'home' as I downloaded Lightroom 5, States only that!
Under 'Apps' it shows not either 5 Lightroom of CC of Photoshop, but lower on the page it gives me the option to install both.
Why Cloud Creative not showing 5 Lightroom and Photoshop CC?

There is possibility that you may have installed the CC app in one another language other than selected in CC Office. Please see the Ko: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/change-installed-language.html and check the language selected in CC desktop installation.

My apologies if this is a stupid question, but I just of signed CC and downloaded Photoshop and InDesign, without any problem, but the first (among others) does even not appear in the list of available downloads.
Can someone advise please why some applications would be missing and how to access it? Thank you :-)
Your operating system is not 64-bit. All video applications require a 64-bit OS. Check their requirements on the product pages.

I tried to uninstall, reinstall following the steps in the initial email without success. Also, it is impossible to download Photoshop; get error message: failed Installation, errors encountered during Installation. (7) I removed and tried to install 3 times and did not go beyond 42%. I installed a free trial of creative cloud and it wouldn't let me open it. He just showed the blue loading wheel. I uninstalled all related to a creative cloud, but the cloud is still in my top toolbar. I click it and it shows the blue loading wheel.

Tried to install creative cloud this week on adobe.com on my Mac (13 ' retina - fundamentally new powerbook) running Yosemite 10.10.1
Unfortunately, it has not installed correctly, and now it does not appear as an application however it does not appear as an icon in the upper right.
Tried to run the unistaller provided with the download and via the Mac utilities however it is active and to close first.
The problem is if you go to force quit it don't think it is running / does not display it is running.
Can anyone help?
You can contraintsde the activity monitor process.
Finder > Application > utilities > Activity Monitor.
After the end of the process, you can try to reinstall.

I try to install Creative Cloud in my mac I want to buy Adobe Premier Pro. When I click on install, the progress line window appears, but when it comes to halfway it disappears and I never have to the next window where you can see the apps I want to install. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting and I still get the same error everytime I try to install again. I have the most recent 5 k 4 GB iMac intel core i7 with 32 GB of RAM. I have almost the biggest internet speed of AT & T U verse. I am connected via an Ethernet cable, I also have wifi available.
I have owned a previous version of the iMac before. It was the first time I downloaded a trial version of first pro (sometime last year). When I bought the new computer (from this year), I made a clone of my previous iMac. Since I had this problem with the installation of the creative cloud. I never managed to get to install. I almost gave up the idea of moving the Premier Pro, but before I was trying to give him another chance!
What is another way to download and buy Premier Pro?

Under utilities, look for folders named Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe application manager and trash from two of them. [ Milestone]

Creating cloud do not update to Version 2.13.121
I have creative cloud problems to upgrade to version 2.13.121. I'm on a Windows computer running Windows 7 Professional. The Creative cloud update seems to get to 100%, but then the program closes without any error message. When I open it again, it's always invites me to do the same update. I rebooted my machine to ensure that no Adobe program is running. Is there anything else I can do to get the update take? Could there be anything running at startup I need by force near a conflict - if that is the question?
