  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4:

  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

• Creating cloud loading forever on OSX Yosemite

  I just reinstalled all software adobe on MacOSX Yosemite and now when I try to open the creative Cloud app it keeps loading forever (spinning wheel). I already tried cleaning with the cleaning of creative cloud tool and reboot several times.

  I just got in contact with the support and they have managed to solve the problem.

  Its seems there were a few files adobe application on utilities and Applications folders that caused the Cloud creative application hang. I just deleted all and it fixed the issue of the spinning wheel.

  Das mit dem deinstallieren mit den own Bordmitteln meistens nicht works.

  Wenn - aus welchen Grunden auch immer - CC (auch bei mir auch) nicht richtig arbeiten will be completely löschen CC solltest (as I said nicht nur mit PC-Bordmitteln) und neu installieren und zwar mit Hilfe «Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool»
