Creating cloud not allowing not new downloads

Hello

I'm on the comprehensive plan with CC - the problem is that only products that I downloaded before joining as "trials" work (LR / I and PS).

When I try and download any new ones (Premiere Pro) - either as a trial or other, he tells me his 'download now' but no download actually implemented site/no downloaded the file.

On my desk if I try and open the CC icon, it of just the "timer" and does not allow any input.

I'm able to download other things of different sites - so I don't think it's a pop-up/blocking issue.

Any ideas?

    Hi, when I download the installer to download creative cloud, I run as Administrator and nothing happens

    Temporarily disable the firewall.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

    Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

    Step 3:

    Hello, I use a mac and recently received a notice on my CC that I need to download again - I think I accidentally deleted something that I shouldn't while cleaning up my computer.

    So I downloaded a new, but it would not install.

    I then found that I had not uninstalled the original - and for this I had to uninstall Lightroom and photoshop as well

    So I uninstalled everything.

    downloaded and installed CC... it opens, I can see all the tabs except the apps it just from loads and loads and loads... Any ideas whats up?

    My lightroom and photoshop worked perfectly, I just wanted to add Premiere Pro and now I have nothing

  • Creating cloud not updated

    I have installed the latest version today, took hours, creative cloud.  A few times, I could click to the "update all" and he would start on Photoshop and show others pending.   I would be not far, he would try, but when I come back he would be at the House CC and showing they are all needed to be updated, as I had done nothing.

    I've been through this several times, it would only get to 4% then go back to the homescreen apps.

    Now, I can open CC, but when I click Update all or update button, nothing happens.  If I click on the pinion, nothing happens.  I can click on the other property tabs of stock or the community, and they will change.

    I restarted a few times, it's in this State where it doesn't matter if I click on any button to update.

    I am at a loss.

    Have looked through here, I have not found what would work for me.  And couldn't some of them either, I should add.

  • Creating cloud - not able to connect. indicates signed out

    I am not able to connect to my creative cloud my mobile application. I enter my user ID and password, then select login. After a few seconds, I get the answer that I disconnected.  I then go to Adobe site via the browser and enter my ID and password. Everything is accepted without problem.  I'll be back to creative cloud for another attempt and get the same answer - I "Sign Out".  Someone else to make this issue?

    Rename your oobe folder.

    Mac OS: \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden, user library folder library user access hidden files

    Windows: \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To display the hidden AppData folder, show hidden files, folders, file name extensions.

    I tried to update photoshop to the most recent version cc2015.1 but Creative Cloud says that I have the current version that is incorrect. When I open photoshop version I currently have is cc2015.0.0. I had cc2015.0.1 but followed the instructions from Adobe on how to correct the situation and uninstalled photoshop.     Follow step.

    1. Close the creative cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.

      • Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
    3. (To see the hidden AppData folder, files, folders, file name extensions see view |) Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
    1. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.)
    2. Delete the file opm.db.
    3. Launch the creative cloud.

    I have been using Creative cloud since the beginning, but I noticed this week that it is is no longer sync my desktop files to the cloud.

    All my applications are up to date, the icon is that it should be black, not greyed out.  When I click in the creative cloud, sync is enabled in the preferences, sync is enabled in the part files th, but when I click in the folder I see all my files, but not the Green ticks on records and no synchronization

    I used it for a long time and its working fine so far.  I only noticed this week when things that I put in the cloud, never synchronized with my office file.

    I recently moved a large number of files and made a tidy up, but it worked fine after that and just stopped working.

    Can you be it someone please let me know what I can not try to get it working again.

    I delete the database files CoreSync and it seems to have solved my problem.

    Leave the creative cloud desktop application.

    Reach:

    Mac:

    /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSyncSync

    Windows:

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\CoreSync

    Remove all *.db possessing (or a Variant such as * .db - wal)

    Restart the desktop creative cloud application.

    But it seems to be a Visual problem with the download bar.

    You could also try the same thing with another browser and check.

    Otherwise, you could install Creative Connection Cloud in Adobe Application Manager, and then connect with your same adobe id and password and it syncs your files. Just copy paste on your machine.
