I checked the info from my creative cloud account and everything is Ok. I checked my credit card and pay the month tax credit. The mail says that will change my subscription to a free mode.   Your question has nothing to do with iCloud. You should remove unnecessary data from your phone to free up about 10% of your phone's storage space.

  I've erased my photos on my 4S once and tried to bring them back from the cloud, and it did not work. You can't just upload and download or I did something wrong?

  What iCloud service did you use?  My photo stream? iCloud photo library?  iCloud drive?

  iCloud photo library is a synchronization service. It will store photos on icloud and synchronize them with all devices using iCloud photo library. Any change on any device will be reflected in iCloud and all other devices.  If you delete a photo from a photo library iCloud on your iPhone, it will be deleted in the world.

  You can retrieve the photos in the album recently deleted less than a month, if not yet empty you album recently deleted.

  This ONLY happens when you join the account the first device. After that, all devices connected to the account synchronization and merge with the stored then replaces the local profile. Unfortunately, at the moment it doesn't have a function to choose the device that is the master.

  And before any changes, I recommend you make a backup of your profile.

  When I signed up for the cloud, I used it for a while.  CS6 programs ran fine, but after I stopped using the cloud, CS6 programs were not usable.  They said they couldn't do anything.  I resigned from clouds and they worked again.  Now, even once, cancelled my subscription of cloud and CS6 does not work yet.  HMMM? !!  Coincidence?  Why Adobe divert my previous version of Creative Suite and make it unusable?  Because they want you on the cloud so that they always get money on your part!  Ridiculous!  It is very clear to me.  Adobe is a thief, twisted, manipulative and downright bad.

  Right. You must save a separate project once per day at a minimum, copy so that you have several backups in place. Make sure automatic backup is running.
