  The best way is to download and install the updates manually. Let's start with this one:

  First go to help > System Info and take note of the exact version of Photoshop on the first line: 12.0 or 12.0.4

  Download and install this update:

  Once you download and install the CC application, you must launch the application and sign. You can then go to the applications tab and select Install next to Illustrator.

  I managed to solve this problem with the last solution.  Essentially, it was a file that it be removed from your library.  This solves the problem immediately and I download the apps very well.

  If you're on Lion you will not be able to see your files in the library, then go to the Finder, click GO all holding the key pressed Alt and it should appear as an option.
