Creative Cloud app and other applications will not download or install?

Does he know to help get this to work?  CC symbol appears for 1/4 second in the taskbar in the gray Apple and disappears. App won't appear on the desktop, and none of the applications as LR or ID will download and tried for 4 hours.

So using a Power Mac 13 inch 2015 book should work.  Cannot get Adobe on Chat support or actually tried for 3 hours and continued to get to help the other answer and when I went to use the bathroom and putting the kids to bed, they finally got to me and the cat hung up after 7 minutes. so frustrated with them and nothing works.

Anybody have this problem of CC app does not?

This problem has been noticed on Mac computers.

The main causes are the conflict with the Manager of add ons, files, issue licenses.

(1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

/ Library

It will open a library folder. Find the entry folder Manager.

Make sure that the input Manager is empty

Move the contents of the managers on the desktop entry file and try to run and check.

I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem.     It doesn't look like Camera Raw 9.1 is compatible with Photoshop elements 13. But you can download the 9.1 DNG Converter and create DNG copies that work with Photoshop Elements.

    So I bought Photoshop CC yesterday (about 24 hours) and from today, my CC application is completely white (white) and Photoshop tells me, that it can find no subscription to my identification code Adobe I searched simular questions in the forums, but I can't delete my version CS5 and CS6 (and I have a programm of CS4 only). I got a blackberry torch for awhile now which i had bought in England, I live in Spain since September and have used the wifi in my house here in bbm and use all applications, etc. I've recently returned to England to visit and returned to Spain yesterday and connected to my wifi but my bbm, email and fb and all other applications do not work, but I can connect to the browser! I tried different things to make it work again, for example, draws on the battery, taking sim in and out, making sure the data service is on! The wi fi is certainly connected as the signal in the right corner bar is white! Anyone know how to make it work again, he always worked completely fine!

    I have a MacBookPro running 10.9.1. I managed to install the trial version of CC Office, no problem, but will not download individual applications. I tried to download Illustrator CC, but after two hours, we have only 20% done and then connection had intrerrupted. I have internet by ATT DSL. It's a little slow, but I hope that I can download these applications without waiting for hours for each application. Is this normal for applications take so long to download?

    Download speed and reliability is especially dependent on your speed and internet reliability.  to some extent the speed can also be choked by the adobe servers.

    I am stuck in a loop here:

    The application of CC desktop does not show anything in the window and I can not access its tools.

    After several restarts and attempts to restore the 'connection' with in the desktop app I tried the following:

    (1) downloaded to install again the CC desktop application, I get an error about 1/2 on the way through the configuration "Set - up Creative cloud has stopped working".

    (2) then I tried to uninstall, it says: I can't do it without uninstalling my 'creative Cloud applications' (Photoshop and Lightroom)

    (3) I try and uninstall CC Photoshop or Lightroom CC and they give me error that says "Adobe Application Manager is required to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy... «, following this link and instructions later leads me to have download the CC desktop application, which will not install...» (return to step 1)

    I think you get the picture...

    The PS and LR run, just will not be able to update or use other features CC from the desktop application until it is resolved.

    How in fact re - install the desktop application (which seems to be damaged) so my CC Desktop applications are working again (able to update etc...).

    Help with this would be much appreciated.

  • Store Windows and other applications does not open

    I use Windows 8 for almost a year, but a few days ago most of the standard Windows applications, including the store, weather, music, news and other, simply won't open.  In some cases the App logo slide from the center of the screen in the upper left corner, where the graphics just circle begins to turn.  In others, the logo disappears and the screen is white white.  No action, no results.

    I made no changes to the system, outside the normal updates, and firewall and proxy configurations are as they have always been.  The standard application only who wants to open cards, which I find a bit confusing.  All applications that I installed and all program open applications (MS Office, Adobe stuff, etc.) and function without problem.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    I am trying to reinstall my CS6 product but I get and error message saying that the Installer failed to initialize. I also try to use the creative cloud desktop application. The application is installed on my computer, but does not open. I tried to restart my computer, but that is not helping.     Follow the procedure below:

    N ° 1)

    Launch the Task Manager, click on the more details and end Adobe all related tasks.

    Step 2)

    Go to C: > Program (x 86) > " common files" > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Impossible to remove? try to rename. as old OOBE.

    Step 3)

    Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

    It will start the update process.

    Once done, try installing Adobe applications.
