Creative cloud application does not start on mac 10.9.3

I try to install the creative application of cloud on my mac. Installation is just fine, but then CC won't start properly and it's there and I see the blue spindle and is mostly. I can leave it sitting there for hours, but the State will not change. I tried to reinstall, restart several times. I tried to install on my main macbook pro and my mac mini, but the results are the same.
I found somewhere in the forum a link saying to delete the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/folder opm.db file, but who also gave no change in behavior.
I'm a little short on ideas. Any suggestion how I can solve this problem?

Just download the latest installer CC, reinstalled and now it seems to work.

Just for confirmation, enable the account of Root user and you connect to same and try to launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check. We can turn off later.

How to connect as root
- If you are connected, choose quit from the Apple menu.
- If you connect from a list of names of users with pictures, click on the other.
- In the name field, type: root
- In the password field, type the password that you set when you configure the root user account.
Once you connect to the Root account try to launch creative cloud application and check.

Creative Cloud Desktop does not start

Hello, I just got creative cloud today and have never used it before. Unfortunately, every time I click on CreativeCloudSet nothing happens. I opened the Task Manager and it does not show it anywhere. It does not open when I right click and you press open or run as administrator. I am currently using Windows Vista. Another interesting point is that like BitTorrent and uTorrent torrents have both had the same problems for me in the past, even after that I reformatted my computer. Creative cloud installer does not start

I have trouble setting the creative cloud on my Windows 7 PC.
When I run the installer, nothing seems to happen.
However, when displayed in the Task Manager, I see that the installer is about 2 MB, then disappears.
I tried using the cleaning tool, installation in safe mode and rename the two files OOBE OOBE.old but without result.
I desperately need to update my Adobe products (this is a work stoppage in the opposite case) did I forgot or can I bypass the creative cloud desktop application and download the latest versions of the rest of my product?

If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.
