  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.   As the primary diagnosis, try to remove the file opm.db once and check.

  Launch the Task Manager, to terminate any process like the creative cloud, CoreSync Adobe related to... etc.

  Then follow the procedure below:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  It will open the Appdata folder.

  Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. OOBE folder and delete "' Opm.db ' file."

  Once you had deleted opm.db fIsland, relaunch the application Adobe Creative Cloud and check.

  (1) open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  2) navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder.

  3) click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

  Once the installation is finished, it will create Adobe Application Manager shortcut icon on the desktop.

  Important: Temporarily disable the AntiVirus and firewall.
