I get this message whenever I run the Photoshop application. Any suggestions?

10.11.2 OSX

8 GB ram

(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud, sync Core, CC library, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)

(2) then uninstall cloud creative app using creative cloud clean tool http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg

(3) and then reinstall it using Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

4-launch your product, and it should work fine

    I opened the creative cloud Downloader.  Adobe appears and says "Installer during initialization".  As soon as that switches to download the program closes.  I tried the cleaning tool, I deleted the files in my shared files and x 86 (Yes, I'm on Windows) file and I tried running as admin.  It always does the same thing.

    I had to restore my OS X to Yosemite.  Once that I did my application Office CC just sitting there and pinwheeled.

    I followed every suggestion unique in troubleshooting, tinkered with the OOBE folder, deleted, even to the point of running the "cleaner".

    I have redownloaded the CC App, but installation does nothing.  I open the installer, put my password and the installation program quits.  Not say/do anything.  It is therefore more a CC App cannot start the uninstall program, he...

    Reboots, nothing suits him.

    So, I'm screwed.  Help?

    Thank you for the update of Chris.  I have reviewed the case notes and you are right that the available troubleshooting steps are judged.  The support agent tried to correct the behavior under your original user account but in vain.  It was after it has been verified that you can install and use the applications under a newly created Admin account.

    I have no further suggestions.  In case notes, it seems that you also downgraded your operating system Mac OS 10.10.  You may also have to failures of unusual permission to function under the current user account.

    I agree and recommend that you follow the steps in troubleshooting unexpected behavior in the specific user account. Mac OS to create a new administrator account to migrate documents and settings.

    I have an old Photoshop CS3 install, install a newish Lightroom and now I need to install the first of my Adobe ID work. I think that this may be the crux of the problem. If the Cleaner CC app worked as advertised, I could delete the old installation of Photoshop and simply use the new Photoshop CC and everything would be cool, but the CC Cleaner does not work. It seems that it works, but the problem persists. In fact, Adobe support told me via twitter that the Adobe installer fundamentally does not work on Mac migrated (new Mac when old data has been put in place backups).     OK, thanks for the update KBaird.  I'm curious about the results, but the option you have chosen is probably the fastest.

    In general, I recommend only migration of documents and settings and reinstall all applications directly.  Sometimes the migration can occur successfully more often if they lead difficult to solve errors regarding Adobe Creative applications.

    Has happened since yesterday afternoon despite the site status saying all is well. If you're used to Dropbox, I'm afraid you'll find creative Cloud file sharing quite poor right now. He has a lot of potential but just too hit and Miss for use as a tool of good business. For example, currently trying to cross some urgent web assets to developers and that they are unable to access the link that I sent! I hope it is resolved quickly.

    I got a new computer, a Mac. I was using a Windows compy. I agree monthly creative cloud and use Dreamweaver to manage a Web site. I managed to successfully install creative cloud on my Mac, but it gave me the option for a trial version of Dreamweaver and not a full version, as I have on my Windows computer. Should I turn off my copy of Windows in Dreamweaver in order to install a full version on my Mac? If so, how? Or something else going on and if so help!

  • Can not connect 2 devices with creative cloud

    Hi, I have a creative cloud account and have problems to connect the two devices with the same account.

    Normally, I should not have questions this.

    You should not have to log out or if it's just two devices.  A subscription allows having two devices signed in at the same time.
