  Has happened since yesterday afternoon despite the site status saying all is well. If you're used to Dropbox, I'm afraid you'll find creative Cloud file sharing quite poor right now.   You can change the installation location through the desktop Adobe CC application.

  Click the gear on the top icon right > select Preferences > section under the creative cloud, you can set the installation location.

  Yes, DC Acrobat is a part of the creative cloud. So if you have creative cloud Acrobat will modernize Acrobat DC.

  Please disable all of the component of creative cloud on your computer & turn it on again.

  Example:

  (1) open Photoshop.

  2) go to help and select Disable.

  (3) it will deactivate the creative cloud together.

  (4) now turn it on again.

  This will activate the creative cloud together with Acrobat DC.
