Creative cloud connect in difficulty when downloading
Whenever I try to download an app that that asks me to connect, so I do, and then I said "you have been disconnected, please try again." I just bought the membership year and for some reason any Creative cloud won't let me log in to download...

Or reinstall creative cloud and clean the connection of the cached user information:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Windows
- Open Control Panel > programs and features.
- Choose Adobe Creative cloud, and then click Uninstall/change.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Mac OS
- Open Finder and go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
- Double-click Adobe Creative Cloud to remove.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Delete the file opm.db.
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE - Delete the file opm.db.

InDesign CC Trial have not downloaded successfully (No button launch in Applications), so I deleted it.
Creative cloud only shows in as downloaded and updated Apps up-to-date.

I just checked the email that you used to create an account here on the Adobe forums, but not able to find all subscriptions under this account. Please provide your email in a private message as well as the number of order so that I can verify the account.
However, please check and confirm that the Adobe Id that you used to connect to creative cloud is the same as the Id used to purchase the product.

Has received a request for update of the Adobe Application Manager for the "creative cloud connection." The error indicates "the download appears to be damaged. Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again (U43M1D204). I tried this several times the same error received. Please tell us how to fix.
