Creative cloud fails to download.

I'm trying to get Adobe After affects on my computer, but I can't get the creative cloud app to open to let me download anything. I can not even find it. I tried to download creative cloud both after affects from the Web site, and it says it downloads, but I can't find the files anywhere. It says I have CreativeCloudSet in place and the opening towards the top, asking me if I want to run this file, and when I click ok, it starts to initialize the download and then it turns off after a few seconds. My cursor made his small circle of spinning to mean im opening something, but nothing happens.

I do not have a file that says creative cloud on it, but when I click it, it says I'm missing a shortcut and I have no idea what im missing shortcut.

I downloaded several applications a few months ago, with no problems, and I have no idea of what might happen now.

Melissac13919635 for more information on how to install the Adobe Creative applications included with your subscription please see CC help | Download, install, update or uninstall applications.  I recommend that to start the process in a different web browser as it appears that the current security or modules in your current browser settings is confusing or preventing the installation process.
