Adobe Creative cloud issues after passage of payment method
I just changed the cards to use to payments so that I could continue to use Adobe Creative Cloud, but for some reason, all my apps appear as tests only. What can I do to Exchange my full apps? It would seem that it is a big mistake, because I already paid for Adobe Creative Cloud and all applications in the package.

I try to install the creative cloud desktop application in order to install the software on my Mac CC. I downloaded the Adobe installer and start installation then accident in the middle of the. There is no error message, he just left. I tried to create a new administrator account in system preferences (such as suggested in Adobe's Support pages) and tried to install when you logged into this account, but the same thing happens...

Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Milestone:
Find an Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and Trash records two.
2)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
Then try to install Adobe Creative Cloud app again.

My hard drive has been crashing on my work computer and had to be replaced. I had to reinstall all my applications and Adobe Creative Cloud. When I try to go into all of my apps, they will not open. Adobe Creative Cloud not find installed applications
I was updating my tool of DPS CS6 Indesign Creative Cloud Office over the last month. But it was not due to an internet connection error. Tried to update later, but there is no update more. CC Desktop Application logout and log in, all my apps are gone. It is more listed in CC Desktop. I mainly CS6 and one request for CC on my mac.
I tried the following and it didn't work.
1. replace Perf of language of the International North America
2 remove the file opm.db from the OOBE folder
3. Uninstall and reinstall CC Desktop
4. run the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool
Now I'm trying to reinstall, but all programs return an error. Failed to uninstall. Your uninstaller encounted errors. Only the program that I managed to uninstall CreativeCloud Desktop but it also indicates that there are a few errors. Is there any log file I can do? I also notice in the cleaning tool there is no program CS6 or CC listed. Programs work well, but it appear as installed in the creative clouds and the cleaning tool.
I've been using mac os 10.8.5 but yesterday I had to send my laptop for repair and the hard drive has been replaced because of bad sectors and the operating system is upgraded to 10.9.2. I used the migraion utility to restore my files.
Finally, Adobe can give me an answer.
The problem you are experiencing on your computer is due to a corrupt caps.db (database file) that contains information about the apps from Adobe installed on your computer. This is the reason why, you cannot uninstall it by using uninstall programs Adobe and using the cleaning tool.
I have regular backups time machine, so that I did use a backup before the date of the show started and replace the entire caps with the backup folder. The caps folder has 3 files caps.db, Media_db.db and pdb.db.
This fix all the questions that I have, and uninstall programs are working again. The only thing is creative cloud list 8 desktop apps instead of 12 I have installed.

Cannot sign Adobe Creative cloud with wrong email

I created an account to download Adobe Creative Cloud. After downloading, I opened creative cloud and he asked to check my e-mail address, except that I misspelled my email address. The email is part of a private domain so I can't create an email that fits him and there is no way to disconnect from creative cloud because it remains on the verification page.

Adobe Creative cloud could not install, impossible to open or uninstall
OK now I'm frustrated. The LR Adobe kept do not install but when I wound the Installer shortcut LR is on my desk. When I clicked on the icon of the program shortcut opens as if it was completely downloaded. Same goes for the Adobe Photoshop. However, the Adobe Creative cloud could not download several times and I can't even uninstall it. He said: compatibility issue that is meaningless, because I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, all drivers updated, 12 GB or RAM, Intel Core i5 and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 it graphics card. I don't see how it would be incompatible? Help, please. It seems for the time being I can use LFR and Adobe Photoshop but I can't use the Adobe Creative cloud nor I can uninstall it. It seems to be linked to other programs.

Adobe Creative Cloud opens on an empty space on the screen and does not load anything

I use windows and MacOS machines at work.
If I buy the annual membership of Adobe Creative Cloud, I can download, say CC of Photoshop for windows and MacOS version? Or each membership you are limited to the single platform?
You can use Windows and Mac OS X with a subscription to creative cloud.

Download the application Adobe Creative Cloud opens Adobe Product Manager but never updates
I tried seveal times to download the Adobe Creative Cloud app, but whenever it opens Adobe Product Manager and then updates never APM to the creative cloud app or it give me options to install the soft CC. Note: I used adobe cleaner to clean my manager and did a fresh install of the latest Adobe Product Manager. This allowed me to see all other programs CC at least and install several of them. Its my understanding that APM is supposed to update the CC app, but it never does. I would really like the CC to interact with the cloud app is intended. Please advise and help.
This issue has been resolved by Adobe techinical support. Creative Cloud Installation issue has been resolved by running the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool once and reinstalled Adobe Application Manager
