Creative cloud is black screen
I just installed creative cloud on my new laptop. Windows is 8.1 All I get a black screen. The blue circle charges for a second, but then it is just black see screenshot
I have CC on another pc on the same network without any problem, I know this isn't a firewall problem.
I tried to
- Reinstall
- cleaning of Adobe tool
- Deleting file oobe / folder in the app data folder and the common files folder
- Rename the oobe / folder
I come to work. I went to device manage and disabled the Intel graphics. Then creative cloud presented as it should. AMD Catalyst software did not like what he gave me an error.
It's ok I just disable the Intel card when I need to use CC. This should not be too often. I find it strange that I changed all my settings to use maximum performance for video and even he set up specifically for Adobe CC to use scorecard max and I still have the black screen.
Thanks for the help, I wish there was a better solution, but at least I can get the software from adobe installed now.

Creative cloud Packager white screen after the Adobe ID Login
I downloaded the packer of cloud creative on the site of volume license and got installed. After the installation of the package Manager runs and asks me to connect with my adobe ID. I connect using the same ID I used to download the package manager that has access to all the license information for our Organization. I chose the option to connect business/Government. Once I have connection, Packager of cloud is just a blank white screen. I left it for hours the other day. Any help would be appreciated.
I just solved this problem for another client by following the steps described in this knowledge base article:

Note that the offending special characters can be anywhere in your information to Adobe ID, not only your e-mail address and password, but your name, company name, etc.. We plan to address them in a future release of the Packer, but I have no time frame that I can share.

Please, try the steps given:
Close all adobe applications.
Rename the opm.db file
For Windows:
C:/Users / (username) / App Data (can be hidden)/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db
For Mac:
Go--> go to folder
~/Library/application support/Adobe/OOBE/opm
Then try to revive the creative desktop cloud Application.

Why can't I buy creative cloud?
