Whenever I try to open my creative cloud, it seems just a blank page and it never loads. What can I do?

Please, try the steps given:

Close all adobe applications.

Rename the opm.db file

For Windows:

C:/Users / (username) / App Data (can be hidden)/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db

For Mac:

Go--> go to folder

~/Library/application support/Adobe/OOBE/opm

Then try to revive the creative desktop cloud Application.
