  If you uncheck the launch at login checkbox for cloud creative launch at startup. You can still get the notification of update by launching the cloud creative app manually. You will not get automatic notification if creative cloud desktop application does not run and the display notification check box is not checked.

  The background (blue sky) becomes black when I put my avi in first. Avi is rendered with 3ds max. Anyway to fix this? I prefer the blue of the sky .

  My guess is that the AVI has an embedded alpha channel. If this is the case, try this:

  Right-click on the item in the project Panel, go to edit > interpret footage and select 'Ignore Alpha Channel' checkbox in the Panel that appears.

  If this does not work, post back with a screenshot of your properties file, as shown in the first, or an application like GSpot (I guess that you're on a PC).

• I pay for the student creative cloud pack, but it suddenly turned into a trial pack when I redownloaded it.

  I pay every month for Creative Cloud (student package). It worked fine, but when I changed my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its applications, she told me that I've been tested and I had to pay for the version complete.   I just installed creative cloud on my new laptop. Windows is 8.1 All I get a black screen. The blue circle charges for a second, but then it is just black see screenshot

  I have CC on another pc on the same network without any problem, I know this isn't a firewall problem.

  • Reinstall
  • cleaning of Adobe tool
  • Deleting file oobe / folder in the app data folder and the common files folder
  • Rename the oobe / folder

  I come to work. I went to device manage and disabled the Intel graphics. Then creative cloud presented as it should. AMD Catalyst software did not like what he gave me an error.
  It's ok I just disable the Intel card when I need to use CC. This should not be too often.  I find it strange that I changed all my settings to use maximum performance for video and even he set up specifically for Adobe CC to use scorecard max and I still have the black screen.

  Thanks for the help, I wish there was a better solution, but at least I can get the software from adobe installed now.

  Close the session and close your creative office of cloud.

  Restart it.

  Then sign in with your new Adobe ID and password.
