(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

I have Adobe Creative cloud and it worked fantastic, then I got rid of my internet and it still worked for a little while and then stopped. I see that my payment was still fine and I got my internet back but my creative cloud will not open at all. Someone please help!

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.

I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect. When I did, it loaded and loaded, and ultimately told me ' you have been signed, please connect» Then I thought, it might be because I did not use the Mac for quite a while and maybe lack of too many updates. I uninstalled all Adobe products including creative cloud and wanted to install it again.

Everything worked well, Lightroom, etc. until recently but now creative cloud does not. Tried to reinstall, but said that there is a compatibility issue and then asks me to install that I just installed. Figure this issue will be resolved at some point or it's me! In general, I'm a fan of Adobe software, but the creative cloud for Mac desktop application is the buggiest, most reliable, all that I can remember Adobe never have it unlocked. And this isn't a new problem, it is a perennial issue.
I have no CC app open at startup, because it so often fails (and therefore slows down start-up on Mac operations), so when I'm not going to start from the Applications folder, it almost always does not load. The spinning ball keeps spinning and spinning and... The only solutions I find tend to uninstall and reinstall... and frankly, it's a pretty poor solution. Yes, I deleted the opm.db file, etc.
What I'm looking for a more permanent solution, as in, one that works. Always. Every time. So I can count on the app to do what it is supposed to do every time I open it - without hanging up or delay the start-up of my iMac.
Here are the details:
iMac
OS: 10.11.3
mid-2011
3.4Ghz Intel
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6970 M 2048 MB
I keep my software up to date, but of course, since the CC does not charge, I guess I could be an update behind.

If I open the desktop creative cloud app, the app tab does not open. I just get a spinning thing. I tried the fix where you delete a .db file and restart the computer, nothing helps.
