I already tried Googling and downloading various driver to try to fix this problem, but still the problem persists. I tried updating the drivers for the application of the OSD, free fall sensor, Chipsets... Nothing seems to work...   AFAIK ACPI has something to do with the power interface. I found an info where is mentioned that ACPI establishes standard interfaces based on the OS configuration and power on laptops, desktops and servers.

  In my opinion, you should check the BIOS settings. Very important is that the configuration of the device option is set to Set up by BONE. I had a similar problem. I didn t know what it may be, but I had no problem using Notepad.
