Creative cloud opened with a small box and don't do anything
Hello
I decided to turn on cloud creative when it appeared and I can't something but move the small box. Can someone help me?
I can't do anything except move this little box. When I close it using Task Manager and reopen it looks like, it tries to load up, but then closes automatically. Trying to open it again brings this little box again and can't do anything but move this little box.
Edit: both pis. I used the Adobe CC cleaning tool to clean the office and reinstalled and it works now.

Whenever I open a PDF or Illustrator Adobe Creative cloud forces me to the connection and the software license. What's supposed to happen? I thought that once I had the license I could use it without that irritating delay.

My creative cloud subscription does not work, photoshop and lightroom always tells me to connect.

If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.
