Subscription to creative cloud stopped with 5 + the remaining months in agreement
I signed up for creative cloud in June 2012 at the introductory price of $30 / month, with a commitment of one year. This week, all my creative cloud apps have failed to authenticate and my serial number appearing under my creative cloud account in my profile Adobe is dismissed ("the serial number you entered is invalid"). The authenticator application tells me that my "trial has expired" and I can sign up for creative cloud for $50 / month.
Is a kind of crude to make us all pay plus $ 20 / month, if we initially signed as CS5 valuation? It's infuriating. I need to Photoshop and After Effects now, not after that Adobe customer service opens tomorrow morning in India.

When I click Try Again I'm directed to a subscription on the open hyperlink Manager called link then I get a message indicating
"Sorry this page is not available" in addition there is a notice "error returned error 404" is displayed. ""

CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID.
It may be Windows or Mac as Adobe CC is platform independent.

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

Well, follow the procedure below:
Launch monitor activity and "Force quit" all processes associated with Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, demon Adobe Crash of the activity monitor.
Follow the previous steps again, but this time rename OOBE folder OOBE-old.
Then launch creative cloud app and check.

Your subscription allows you to have two working facilities. As long as your two machines meet the requirements of system includes you being able to work with both of them.
A permanent internet connection is not necessary... the software resides on your machine. The internet connection is mainly to check the status of your subscription periodically to make sure that you are still eligible to use it.
