Creative cloud unable to connect error

Hello guys,.

I have a problem with the creative cloud. My Application Manager has been updated for Creative Cloud Desktop, I can not connect. I try to connect every time, he says that have no Internet connection. But I have a connection.

I never had these problems with the Application Manager. But now I need a solution, because I must connect every 30 days that my Adobe programs work.

I can't find any information here or on the internet who has the same problem.

I use Windows 7 and I am working with the team-version of the creative cloud on my work.
