Creative cloud will not download updates
This morning the creative cloud icon indicated that I had updated for Photoshop and Lightroom. When I click on Photoshop, nothing happened. No file has been shown download in the window of cloud. So I tried Lightroom with the same result.
I left creative cloud and re-launched. Now, all I get is a gear under "Apps". I restarted my household wi - fi with the same results... a gear. Never had this happen before.
Anyone with ideas here?

I was one until recently happy user of subscription photographers to Adobe Creative cloud and checked to see that I am currently released.
A few months ago a CC update would not be responsible and the same thing happened with the updated version. I have, I believe, followed all the instructions on sanitation and uninstall applications. So I have more a copy of Photoshop or Lightroom on my machine.
After loading the CC installation program, it begins, but when he reached the scene of the App download, the progress bar disappears from the display.
Activity monitor is shows that there is no product Adobe running.
My laptop is using the same internet connection and doesn't seem to have problems.
As stated above, that I believe have tried all the suggestions on the Adobe site and am at a loss complete of what to do next.

I have some difficulty to download the free trial of creative cloud on my laptop.

You can also try the steps listed in "unable to install". Creative Cloud Desktop to reinstall the creative Cloud Desktop application

Hi Tyler, sorry you have trouble with it.
Do you mean that you just buy CC and will not accomplish the command line - so that you are unable to screen to start downloads?
You could try to enter another browser window: download Creative Cloud apps
Or you can also use the Adobe CC 2014 direct download links instead.
(You can do it or these things if your order is complete, because the products is still able to install in trial mode).

Creative cloud will not be updated.
Whenever I have try and update my Adobe Creative cloud applications, they never seem to work. They charge up to 50% and 74%, and then it breaks down. He says I "cannot retrieve the files to download. Retry to download again (U44M1I210) press". It happens so regularly that I put off updating. I tried on wifi as well as an Ethernet cable, and it never works. Is there something I can do to stop this? What exactly is the problem and how can I solve this problem?

Please refer to the procedure below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

My creative cloud is not properly updated, so I thought I would try uninstalling and reinstalling. However, it won't let me not uninstall it either because it is said that some software Adobe is already running. I don't see any good running. Suggestions? Thank you!

Please follow the steps below and check it, if it helps:
1 - click wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > Preferences > sign out
2 force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task for Adobe on the process from the Task Manager (e.g. cc, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

5 make sure there is no other Internet active safety program - if it is then go ahead and launch CC app and login and check

I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5
I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...
I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.
Would appreciate any help that you can give to fix this problem, and I look forward to your reply...
