Creative cloud will not update

I have been using creative cloud for the year. Get going to use now, it says that it needs to be updated. I can't ignore the update. When I run the update process begins as usual, but the creative cloud icon disappears from the title bar. If I try to open the application directly from where it is stored I get the message: the creative application cloud is no longer open.

If I try to uninstall creative cloud, I get the message: failed to désinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need.

Any ideas what to do next?

Restart the Mac, then connect with the Safeboot mode and try again:
