My creative cloud will not be updated. It keeps panic. At the message:
"office creative cloud could not be updated. (Error code: get help?) »
It's literally everything.

My creative cloud subscription is stuck on version 15.0 and has not updated throughout the year. My colleagues have now emigrated to 15.2 and I'm having problems opening shared files. I deleted the desktop app and what became of that is the default language to English. I back the language to English with Arabic, and nothing happens. How can I move the products our of stasis lock?
What version is your cc desktop application?
It must be 3.4.1.181. If it does not update it.

I tried a few times (uninstall, reinstall CC Illustrator and creative cloud.) without success. It downloads only the 17.0.0 version and watch my application to date. I even tried to download on the CC site with the same result.

Creative cloud does not work after update

I've updated creative cloud yesterday. Now, the creative cloud does not-empty main screen... As the last stage attempted to delete all files in the OOBE folder. BUT:
Cannot delete all files: Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, because Windows does not - ANEdata.db, fylesyn.db and opm.db.. .are open creative cloud.
But CC is closed - checked with the Windows Task Manager. PC is restarted twice.
What was my mistake? How is it possible to reinstall creative cloud?

close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.
Delete these files.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and delete the file opm.db
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

I noticed after installing OSX Maveriks creative cloud does not detect any application installed, it keep the button "install". Should I reinstall all of them? Is this normal?

Please reinstall the creative cloud desktop application and as soon as you install it again, launch any CC application installed and update tab helps. After that you can launch CC Office about it will make you the correct status of applications installed on your machine.

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.
