Creative cloud won't download... don't touch the Photoshop trial

I would like to try a free trial of Adobe Photoshop, but not surprisingly Adobe interested in what makes things difficult, rather than allowing me to test Photoshop.

Despite having turned off my Windows 7 operating system protection (which all other downloads to date have not required me to do), the cloud creative download/install stands from the beginning.  Also I just take the time to call Adobe to support, but their useless automated telephone line is only there to tell me that they don't offer phone support.

What crappy company.  You would think that they have an interest in making the trial free download as simple as possible, depending on the size of the actual program.  Instead, it's just a pointless exercise to NOT download a cloud application that I probably don't need and NEVER even approach the desired program in the trial.

I don't understand.  Adobe is replacing it with a crappy behavior for a free trial.  Is it profitable?  Certainly, it is not positive.
