(Because I cancelled it and joined CC?).   I keep going in circles.

  Adobe does not follow your status as a student, you renew the student-to-teacher subscription annually (no need to cancel).  You get a substantial discount for the first year and after the subscription student/teacher cost increases, but remains however lower than this standard cost.
