I paid for Photoshop and Lightroom with photographer package.
However, Photoshop is emerging as a free trial expired and Lightroom is also a trial version.
Therefore, I can't use photoshop and can use Lightroom for a limited time only.

Creative process of cloud and Lightroom does not work after one week
I installed lightroom, photoshop and creative cloud 30 days trial a week ago. It was great to work for about three days, and then slowly lightroom stopped responding whenever I opened it, and each time was worse. Now I can't open it. Icon creative cloud on my screen has a red exclamation point and shows nothing but empty window with the timer of rotation if I click on it. I would really like to continue to use my trial before I have buy the program. Open lightroom, so I can export the photos I was working. Can help on a MacBook Pro, someone help me?
I couldn't leave creative cloud, nothing happens. I really couldn't do anything but open photoshop... which is not what I want to use. I'm so uninstall all and try vacuuming, I read on... and then reinstall it.

I bought Creative Cloud CC and the amount has been deducted from my account, I used a trial version for a month and now when I go to install the applications it shows the trial on buy now. Although the payment is made and I am connected.

Adobe creative questions - slow cloud and frequent crash
Since I upgraded to creative cloud, I get the spinning wheel of death when using applications now. Just updated through the creative application of cloud and now lightroom will not load again.
As the title suggests:
I've just updated creative cloud app, run lightroom from the standard m desktop shortcut and got 5.7. You who quit and tried to run the shortcut again. No charge.
Thought it might do with still some 5.7 installed, uninstalled as well as through cloud creative app and it still don't load. Noticed that the creative application cloud still showed as being installed lightroom (5.7 has disappeared the first uninstall). Choose uninstall again and this time she went from the installation of the application to be an option to install section.
Installed new version and it will not load.
Could someone please advise how to solve this problem I would like to be able to access my files and the changes that I made.

Creative to launch cloud apps crash
Hi I had a ton of questions since I got the update of el Capitan, but some of these problems come from before I've even updated.
My questions are:
Photoshop Illustrator and indesign periodically freeze especially on open a document or start the program. They seem to just hang with the beach ball and won't open at all. This affects then the remaining Adobe applications I have running at once. they all freeze. Once I force quit the program, then the others I opened both beach ball. Once that I force quit and then go to restart the program, the icon bounces in the doc for about a minute but the splash screen never comes to the top. If I go to the menu 'force quit', it shows the apps it works but not him does not not to all messages. If I click and hold on the application icon in the doc it says "application is not responding do not" but the apps never appear in the activity monitor. the only way to try to solve this problem is to restart constantly and is not always a guarantee.
Another major problem that I'm having is that the creative cloud App constantly does not load. That I may be able to see anything below the cloud icon in my menu bar in this case, I have to open the activity monitor, leave the creative application of cloud and start it again until I see anything under the icon
I tried trashing prefs, run disk utility and reinstall the software. I used to work as a technician for the Apple and nothing I'm seems to fix the problem. I've been throughout the forums and tried everything that was recommended. I have reports of incident for indesign and illustrator that I can share.
I run a small design to only one company and it is killing me with my deadlines!
Help, please! Adobe apps are the ONLY ones who are affected!

How to specify the language in the creative Application of cloud
When I connect the first time in the creative application Cloud, the default language is set to the language of my system. But the license for my application are in a language other than the language of my system.
We currently have 10 licenses, but when you buy more, I don't want to change the language preference for each user on each computer to match our current license. Is there a way to offer the installation program (given that the ccp does not) to specify the language so users do not have to do it manually.
Since it is userbound and when a user connects, it is kept in the registry and if I change my language system subsequently, this setting is retained.
I am looking for a way own (rather not use active setup) to install the creative cloud application and indicate the language of the App (in our case, we have English-International licenses) rather than when users logs on and gets the language of the (Dutch) system, for which no application is allowed.

For others who have the same problem, I thought about it out now:
(1) the language selected in creative cloud Packager is not the creative, only for applications cloud application that you pack
(2) the creative language of the Cloud App is defined by the language of the operating system... it has nothing to do with the creative cloud conditioner
(3) when the creative application of cloud starts in a specific language... only the packages installed for that language are detected
(4) If you want to change the language of the creative application of cloud and you had packages installed under the previous language, you must download (or install) again in the colloquial to be visible / editable again in the colloquial
For me, this means:
option1: present applications in Dutch (since all the CC for teams applications are multilingual)
option2: I inform all users (or use active setup or any other alternative) to change manually the language to English... otherwise no package is visible
