I can't use the software in terms of creative photography of cloud
I have purchasaed about 1 month ago. I used a trial version. Yesterday I paid for the next month. I see my payment information. Can I use software until 8 June.
If I run lightroom or photoshop, I see "trial has expired". I tried to delete them all and install it, I tried to reconnect.
Nothing works! I can't use ligtroom and photoshop!

I have a plan of creative photography of cloud. It has been downloaded on my laptop. We just bought a desktop computer, and I want to download it on the new computer. When I go to adobe it tell me to buy the plan - I do not see anywhere to download clearly what I already bought.

Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc.. I don't understand what should I do to avoid problems with the close days of work in Lightroom or Photoshop.
