• How to add the extension of google swiffy to CC or Flash Pro CS6

  I downloaded the extention of swiffy of google, but after adding it to Flash pro in the extensions Manager, he has a check box saying (enabled), but it does not show under window > extensions in Flash pro app. Y at - it guides on how to do it or somehting im missing? I heard that CC Flash could support html extensions so I installed Flash CS6, but which leaves me no more to add the extension. Any support with it would be a very nice.

  It is a problem with swiffy.  It was not designed to work with flash cc.

• How to call a function of my html code to js created by animate cc, I had used 'exportRoot.functionName' and said this function in my document of flash pro with html5 canvas, but now on cc animate this way doesn't work.

  My html code created by animate cc was changed to php for me, because I send and received variables via get and catch the cookies and much more. the function that I used to call function on my .fla of the document is passId() and it worked before when animate was Flash pro with html5 canvas.

  First of all, the title of your thread is horrible. Titles are supposed to be securities, not paragraphs.

  As for your problem, you are probably trying to call catchIdUser before it is defined. handleComplete() is raised when the content is ready to run. He did not actually yet. I guess you should have script code call the function of window parent, not the other way around.

• Flash Pro / animate

  Dialog boxes like opening new files, importing video is incomplete and I can't click on 'ok' or whatever the corresponding command is since I am not able to resize the box. This was happening with Flash Pro, so I've updated to animate in the hope that this would not solve the problem but it didn't. The dialog box new file seems ok, but when you try to import video I can't see the whole box. I tried to change my settings to display without result.

  I use Windows 8.1 Pro with Setup dual monitor with a Cintiq 13HD screenshot. attached.

  How to solve the problem? Importing video is vital for the project I'm working on that.

  After setting the text size and file at 100% please restart the computer and try again. If the problem persists then please make sure that you have the latest version of the Wacom driver installed.   If the op has a subscription there is no reason to revert to a previous version: the problem is a trial is installed when a trial should work and the operation should start here: Troubleshooting FAQ: what should I do if I have a subscription, but my application acts as if I had a trial?

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  Hey, I spent a little time to sort this out so I can answer my own question, maybe you will help someone else in the same situation.

  Short answer is Yes you can.

  But if you have installed FB 4.7 under the creative cloud want to then cancel CC and using standalone FB 4.7 keep reading...

  Buy Creative Suite 5.5 and got FB 4.5

  Free upgrade to FB 4.6

  Started creative installed cloud 4.7 FB using that.

  Decided that I don't want creative cloud subscription, just FB 4.7.

  Bought an upgrade to FB Premium 4.7 as a standalone application.

  But... no installer for FB 4.7 Premium from my account downloads page. Adobe assumes that you get from CC

  Find a download, installed it and it would not accept the serial number of FB 4.7 level or serial number CS 5.5.

  Solution

  Call Adobe Support, they will guide you through the installation of the stand alone version w/o CC and give you a temporary key to complete the installation. Who has only had a few hours on the phone!

  Downside is that you must call whenever you install FB 4.7, is not good.

  It would be great if Adobe would put this information in a FAQ.

  You are on a 64 bit OS? If you are on a 32 bit OS, you will not be able to install and use Adobe animate, that is why it is not displayed.

  Whenever I run flash cc pro, do not show my open tabs (I'm not talking about opening them manually from the file - > open recent)

  My question is "is it possible to automatically open my previous tabs at startup.

  I checked edit-> Preferences tab and couldn't find an option like that.

  I don't think that this feature is available in Adobe animate CC again. You can request a feature by using the feature request/Bug Report Form

  Provide justification enough for your application for the product team to pay attention.
