Is a subscription to creative cloud had to use Flash Builder Premium 4.7?

I FB 4.7 Premium (bought an upgrade) and a subscription to creative cloud. I do not need CC now, I'll still be able to use FB when I cancelled? I have searched all over the Adobe sites and not found a clear answer to this...

Hey, I spent a little time to sort this out so I can answer my own question, maybe you will help someone else in the same situation.
Short answer is Yes you can.
But if you have installed FB 4.7 under the creative cloud want to then cancel CC and using standalone FB 4.7 keep reading...
Buy Creative Suite 5.5 and got FB 4.5
Free upgrade to FB 4.6
Started creative installed cloud 4.7 FB using that.
Decided that I don't want creative cloud subscription, just FB 4.7.
Bought an upgrade to FB Premium 4.7 as a standalone application.
But... no installer for FB 4.7 Premium from my account downloads page. Adobe assumes that you get from CC
Find a download, installed it and it would not accept the serial number of FB 4.7 level or serial number CS 5.5.
Solution
Call Adobe Support, they will guide you through the installation of the stand alone version w/o CC and give you a temporary key to complete the installation. Who has only had a few hours on the phone!
Downside is that you must call whenever you install FB 4.7, is not good.
It would be great if Adobe would put this information in a FAQ.

I'm owner also downright Lightroom software that is installed on my laptop. I used to be able to shoot captive of it with my camera Nikon D610, but now I can't. The computer does not recognize a camera being hooked to it. I have Lighroom version 5.7.1 on my laptop. Is it possible to upgrade this version, or can I use my subscription creative cloud on two computers? Thank you.

Yes, you can use applications for commercial purposes.
The EULA remains the same for Adobe applications, even if they are part of the creative cloud, you use the software as you were to do earlier.

I use Photoshop and Lightroom on a daily basis, but have only recently started using Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. I do not see me using any other software for the future. Is it possible to lower my monthly payment of $57.49? If this isn't the case, I think I'm going to close my current subscription of cloud and sign up for the composition of the photograph. I have a version of first 11 elements that I could upgrade to the latest version.

How can I use my CS5 WITHOUT a subscription to Creative Cloud?
August 2011, I bought a downloadable version of CS5. The site says the product calculated costs about $700. I agree to something to say that I would make the monthly payments. Okay, all right. I thought THAT this meant that I would make monthly payments until the product has been fully paid. Some time later, I got an email from Adobe saying that I had been upgraded to creative cloud. OK, whatever. So a year goes by and I get an email saying that my subscription will expire. I continued to use my CS5 until it expired. When he did, I entered the serial number given to me when I bought it. I was able to use the program again. But now this serial number no longer works. He tells me that I need to renew my subscription to creative cloud. My problem is, I have creative cloud do not want TO and I don't want to pay for services that I don't use. I just want to finish paying for my CS5 ONLY and have permanent to reach it. That's it, I want to, that's all I need. CS5, that's all. I don't want to pay for access to the functions that I will never use, year after year after year, long after that I paid for the product itself. I tried to get this figured out with a customer service representitive in a Live Chat, but he ends up brutally the cat while I was still trying to respond to my concerns. I don't want to even TRY to find someone on the phone or the other. I'm sorry, but I'm very angry about this. Is having a membership creative cloud the only way to have Photoshop now? What happened to buy JUST the product? Can someone tell me please how to fix this?

Adobe has never offered to pay per month (rent) for perpetually licensed products. You pay in full at the outset. There is no other payment option.
Sounds like the misunderstanding here is that you actually signed up for a monthly subscription for Photoshop CS5, perhaps without realizing it.
Unless the Adobe Customer Service comes with an optional one-time offer in your case, I suspect that your remaining option is to buy Photoshop CS6 in its entirety (or maybe even Photoshop elements 11)

You just install active sync & Creative Cloud Desktop installed.
It will synchronize the file & instructions are as below:
The pre-selection documents are in your downloads folder local on the C drive in ZIP file.
1. unzip archive ZIP preset on your hard drive.
2 copy the predefined folder (Portochrome) to your Lightroom "Develop Presets" folder:
MAC OSX: \Library\Application Support\Adobe / Lightroom\Develop Presets
WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and Settings Application Data Adobe Lightroom\Develop Presets
VISTA & WINDOWS 7-10: \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets
3. restart Lightroom. You can find your presets on the presets in the mode Panel develop. You are ready to use!

Hi, I have a subscription to Creative Cloud for Photoshop and Lightroom, and I paid through pay Pall. The payment went well. But when I opened creative Claud, I read that photoshop and lightromm will be a version of Prov. again for three weeks. My subscription is active, but applications are being tested.
