Tell people what OS your new hard drive is running. CS2 has a myriad of problems of compatibility with the latest operating systems. You first need to deviate from the one you use. If you still have your license information, you should be able to buy an upgrade of Adobe CS who will RUN on your system for a fraction of what it would cost to buy right. But then we must relearn some of the software because it is all a lot more recent. The best I've read is Adobe CS 5.5 - FYI. Good luck. I hope this helps.
