Creative vacuum window Cloud
Yesterday I activated the creative cloud and opened several apps, photoshop, indesign and illustrator. When I started this morning, the CC window is empty, see screenshot. What should I do? Should I reinstall?
I reinstalled and the CC window is full of my apps.

If the links above help, please uninstall the creative cloud application and reinstall it again. Please follow the steps below:
(1) please refer to Creative Cloud help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud
(2) delete files files of Adobe OOBE.
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\
C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ Mac:
/ Library/Application Support/Adobe /.
~/Library/application support/Adobe
(3) install Creative https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html cloud

Creative installation of cloud
I had to rebuild my computer and installed the creative application of cloud. However, even if it is installed it does not start for some reason any. The creative cloud icon appears for a second and then disappears. I can't reinstall my apps.
What operating system are you installing on?
In case you have tried this way, please do not install from a backup, time machine, or migrate files. All facilities must be fresh from installation files.
Have you installed the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from here? Creative cloud desktop application
Once installed, you should be able to access the desktop creative cloud application by clicking on the icon creative cloud, located in the taskbar (Windows) or the Apple one piece (Mac OS) menu. Then, you can use the desktop creative cloud app to install applications.

I recently bought creative photography of Cloud management (one year)
I recently bought creative photography of Cloud management (one year) after using the free trial for a month. Whenever I have try and download the application Photoshop it says that my trial is over and gives me the opportunity to buy, what I've done. I can use Photoshop light room, but not Photoshop which is what I thought, that I bought. I have uninstalled all applications including cloud creative and reinstalled nothing doesn't. Don't know what to do because there is no support that I can easily find telephone numbers for the only Australia and the United States in this forum.

Close all Adobe applications and finish all the Adobe of the Task Manager processes.
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and delete the file opmdb.
Once you have deleted the file opm.db., launch the desktop creative cloud application and connect with the Adobe ID, using which you had purchased the subscription.
Then launch Photoshop cc app and check.

I downloaded the creative application of cloud to desktop. I tried to install it several times, but each time when it is at halfway, the installation is complete.
Windows:
(1) open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

2) navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
Then try to install the creative cloud application: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Mac:
1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.

Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "

Creative Manager of cloud - download error - cannot update apps
It is a recurring problem for me. Is this MAO or the new MAC, when I try to access the applications and updates, I get a download message (see photo) error that does not allow me to update or download apps.
After having experienced this with the MAA in may, Adobe supports as much as me with a work around which amounted to create a new user on my computer and installing the MAA for this user. I was then able to update applications I had previously installed and install two more applications on my machine.
Now, I encounter this problem again - even for the default user on my computer and now for the new fake user, I created according to the instructions from Adobe support.
I use Windows 8, Google Chrome browser (I can't update the applications through Adobe, either).
I would like to get a handle on this issue and get it fixed once for all and, hopefully, without having to create another "ghost" user, so I can update and install applications.

For my question, I finally found a debate of another user who knows what appeared to be a similar problem. I don't know why AAMUdater is of such havoc for some people but not for others. "It's a mystery.
I had to view the appdata folder (I am running windows 8):
Windows key + R
Type "explorer".
Click on the "View" tab
Check the box next to 'hidden' in the unhide
Then, I was able to find the AAMUpdater folder:
Users/username/appdata/local/Adobe/AAMUpdate.
I renamed the file from AAMUpdater to oldAAMUpdater (just to make sure that that was the problem) and and voila! Success. I could open the Creative Manager of cloud and update existing applications and download new applications.
You, David, thanks for your suggestion. Because I was not having a server error I do not think that this difficulty could relate to my problem of the anonymous download error.

Installation of creative photography of cloud on a new computer
I have a plan of creative photography of cloud. It has been downloaded on my laptop. We just bought a desktop computer, and I want to download it on the new computer. When I go to adobe it tell me to buy the plan - I do not see anywhere to download clearly what I already bought.

Problems with creative photography of Cloud payment plan confirmation
Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc.. I don't understand what should I do to avoid problems with the close days of work in Lightroom or Photoshop.

An allowed activation through registration in your AdobeID CC license on up to two computers at the same time. You can install it and more, but you can allow only on two at a time.
