  I work for a company that uses creative cloud, so we have adobe several accounts to use both. We previously had an account with the Dollar Photo Club that was recently bought by Adobe.   I'm afraid that it is not possible to migrate the credits on a team account.

  You can use a library of creative clouds to collect/sharing of images, but you would need to allow the image to your team to use.

  Are you sure that it is a vector file?

  If Yes: embed him then comes white and select Remove.

  If not: Photoshop lets you remove white.

  Buy image Friday.  Now, it's Sunday afternoon and I still can't get my image. There is a blue button that says: a single image is available.  The button does nothing when I click on it.

  I deleted the cache and cookies and history, I signed and out, several times, I turned off the pop-up blocker, I tried to use another browser, there is nothing on my page of license, I don't know what else to do.

  Hi, I tried to buy credits of Viber on my Iphone6S for over a week now - and I was charged for the first round, but they do not appear on my credit on the app. Now, when I make a purchase, I don't not even email from Apple saying that I made the purchase - even if the operation is successful.   1. impossible to download the images that are already purchased in my license file! My cache or cookies are clear... tried another browser, tried logging works for nothing!

  2. two days when I just registered here, I clicked on a lot of images thinking they're going to a folder, but they were allowed instead! I asked for help in a similar thread, but got no response from anyone! Now I have lots of images that I didn't buy another 3 pages. I want my credit back!

  But in any case, I can't even download anything from my folder under license, the 1 image, I bought just bonhomie that I need to download NOW can not be downloaded! Please help as soon as possible because I'm on the maturity of the project! And since picture dollar sent me here I am a little weary of the license confusion buttons vs records and no response from admin on this during two days!

  You have the option to preview of the images where you can download an image low resolution, watermark.

  When you register an image, you buy the version high resolution.

  Once an image has been authorized, there is not a way to reverse this trend.

  Now I accidentally allowed two different images that I didn't buy. A few days ago one night. Tonight, I thought I would see if it was possible to fix this error, so I found myself here. I see that I'm not the only person who did this. I was going to just suck it up and eat the pictures, but after seeing how this is the case, I'm a little irritated that it continues to be so easy to do.   To download the images of the reserve directly on your computer,

  1. go on the Homepage Adobe Stock.

  2. sign in with your Adobe ID

  3. click on the down arrow next to your name and choose the license history.

  4 find your image and click on the ID # go to the image page

  5. on the image page, under the terms of the Standard license, you can click on the down arrow beside "save in XXXX".

  6 look to the right under 'Device' and choose 'download '.

  This will save on your computer. Follow the screenshots (with the rise of the numbered steps listed) for clarity.

  NOTE: If you have trouble licenses or get errors, it is a known issue and the workaround is to clear you cookies and cache in the browser.
