  Set the string "update as you type" and use instead a "changed value" event Now, the event fires whenever a new character is entered.

  It intercepts all keys.  But there are nodes on the left side of the structure of the event for the tank or scan code. They will tell you which is pressed.  You can compare it to your character or scancode of interest and if they match, run the code in a housing structure.

When running on a panel of sup, the detection of events of the called vi is no longer in effect. How can I save the vi called for the event 'touch down '? I played a bit with the registration of dynamic events, recording aspects of the vi calling to the node for event registration, but yet I have not found a solution.

  Looks like you have 2 structure current events consecutively, if it is a no no. To run an event structure on an external event structure vi must be dynamic, as you mention above. I would like to check that I'm using the right reference of vi to the node of structure dynamic event block diagram.

  The reason why these events are sent 2013 CVI is because the operation mouse wheel really does not change the value of the control under CVI 2013, which happened not to 9.0. This has been implemented from a deposit of idea exchange and it has been documented in the CVI 2013 release notes (search for "mouse wheel").

  The events are not referenced explicitly in the release notes because the essential difference is the value of the control changes. Once that happens, then, as Wolfgang mentioned, events must be sent.

  Hi all

  I want to trigger a specific action when the visitor uses the mouse wheel. Normally, I know how to do it using the window scrolling feature, but in my situation, the page is static and does not scroll. Scroling bodies are placed inside the pliers or symbols.

• Installed Firefox 3.6.10 now my mouse wheel does not scroll

  I just installed FF 3.6.10 update, and now my mouse wheel does not scroll. I checked my settings of the mouse, and everything is OK. Mouse wheel scrolls in applications non-Firefox, including offline and IE records online. The mouse wheel has worked well with the latest version of FF. Also tried to plug in a different mouse, (mechanical an old man to whom), same problem. If this cannot be corrected, how to uninstall the last update and revert to the previous version?

  How to capture key down even in storm.i watched protected Boolean touchEvent (TouchEvent message) but is not capture the key down event. I went through a few posts, but did not get an answer to my question.

  Hi actually the problem is in a field of basic editing I display a hint on keydown I remove that text and what ever the user types it will be appear.there has a small mistake on my part to the control of a few conditions.so, I do not have the expected behavior. KeyDown has different behavior in jDE 4.6 and JDE 5.0.After touches down in the execution of the method the key appears in the text box in JDE 6.0, but in JDE 5.0 it comes before it self is what I learned from my mistake.

  Look at the event, I see a labled:

  Mouse down

  And the other as:

  Mouse down?

  With the question mark at the end... What is the difference between the two? I do not see the difference described in the Help menu... it's LV 2011 version.

  Joined another VI watch how an event filter is used to change how the mouse button seems to have been pressed. It's in the LV samples with some modifications made by me.

  I have a lot of Boolean controls and indicators in my VI and I would determine what boolean is selected (left click) on a mouse down event pane.  Can I do this without having to specify each of the Boolean in the case of event configuration?

  If you get a ref to your Boolean all they have properties that define it location and size. Compare the location click with the limits of each boolean and where

  you have found the Boolean value that ended the click.

  It may be easier to use the Boolean refs table to create a dynamic event and then use the ref returned by the mouse down to get the label of the Boolean value that has been clicked.
