  I recently did a restore from time Machine's hard drive.  I'm on OS 10.10 (Yosemite) and have worked my way through the solutions advocated for error 150:30, according to the Adobe support site.  However, none of them point specifically to OS 10.10 - most only go as high as 10.8 OS.  What can be done to correct the problem in the system of 10.10, without completely re - install the software?

  It has been really frustrating.  Initially, I couldn't open Adobe Acrobat Pro due to the receipt of a message that the "Licensing has stopped working" (that I actually used Adobe Photoshop at the time and it worked very well) - I followed the steps listed online and Adobe Acrobat Pro now works.  Now Photoshop CS4 has stopped working.  The online instructions do not work because 'License RecoveryLauncher' not supported on Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.3.  In addition, the step of the repair disk utility, I read (click on repair disk permissions) is not an option in El Capitan is.

  Does anyone have any solutions for this?  It's quite frustrating to spend several hundred dollars on a program, and then to have it suddenly stop working without reason and to have zero support from the Adobe customer service.

  Well, this is the simplest solution, but you must perform updates.

  First of all, you would go to the Apple menu > system preferences > Security & Privacy and temporarily disable the Gatekeeper by setting "allow applications downloaded on: Anywhere.

  CS4 is out before Gatekeeper and is not signed, which means that guardian would block install.

  Then once installed, help > updates will work without errors.

  Well, without apparent reason, after trying the approach to the application terminal for a fourth time it is working. Two reboots later and Dreamweaver seems to be unlocked. Thanks to Fritz II @Jon to help him.
