  Well, I used to be able to print from photoshop, and now I can't, any time I send anything to print it just says "img123" could not print because of a disk error. No other information is available, completely upset with available Adobe support, appears as a maze guard returning me at the beginning, no way to talk to a person on weekends and no way to simply email requesting assistance... can't find anything in the online help or forums...

  The disk error must come from the printer driver or the OS.

  In previous decisions, the problem has been a file missing that the required printer driver or a permissions problem.

• Spotlight 10 dir - sudden errors on MacBook Pro

  Yesterday a coupe of users had script errors after installing an interactive on a MacBook and MacBookPro, when starting an application that I distributed for several years now. It's a 10.1.1 projector (all updates), using a quick startup stub movie. All Xtras are distributed inside my Installer and placed in an Xtras folder. I probably had over a 1000 Mac users install different versions successfully over the past years, and then each student runs the application during one hour per week during the school year. It worked successfully on all variants of Mac machines - G4, G5 and Intel boxes.
  
  After reports of problems, today, I started a new test this year Installer (which appeared all worked on 7 or 8 Mac test great) to try to track down the problem suddenly. Had no errors on an iBook G4, iMac G5, or my Mac Pro Quad-core. But of course, I also had a script error on my MacBook Pro, I had not seen before! And to complicate things even more, a second program (which uses a similar configuration) that has been installed successfully on my MBP in July now also gives the same script error at startup. Note that this laptop is not my main machine and sees light use these days.
  
  After many tests (at first thought, this could be a problem with my new installer), I noticed that a tiny dialog box appeared on the screen for a split second, then disappeared. Part of my projector (1024 x 768) then appeared in the same dimensions as this dialogue, then the script error came. I used a screenshot program to save the movie at 30 fps, and after a few tests was able to get the following screen shot:

  I am completely confused because there is no need to download Xtras - after 8 hours of investigation I still have no idea what's going on. Both my MBP and the MP have 10.5.4 with all the latest updates, and another Member of the team with a MBP and 10.5.4 is able to run the program successfully. I tried to reset the permissions for the folder of the application, but without success.
  
  The projector has no need to download any Xtra extensions (this option is NOT turned on in my projector / window settings Xtra). I thought it might be a problem with a player Shockwave 11 so I uninstalled just in case. In addition, we tested the MBP that has no installation SW 11 and Shockwave 10 uninstalled errors and this another MBP had no problem. The projector is a normal that does not need to download a player SW (more it is configured to run with SW 10), so it should just start with Rosetta, find the Xtras folder and run normally.
  
  Someone at - it had similar problems or have a hypothesis for what might happen? Any ideas will be appreciated!
  
  
  
  

  Thanks for the comments - it was the permissions problems and nothing to do with the MBP. Had to have one user to reinstall a new copy of OS X 10.5, but I assuem that their entire system must have been in a very bad state.

  150:30 is common with Photoshop CS4 on Mac and can be fixed with a script provided by Adobe.

  If you just want to reinstall or repair, download Installer CS4 download products and your "activation code" must be a serial number of 24 digits you enter when you run the Setup program.

  This is my second iMac in three months. I had to return my last iMac due to massive connectivity issues and had the same mistakes with Adobe CS 4. Photoshop is my main tool and why I post here.

  Use the restore license tool. Everything has worked well in the first round.

  Second round, not so much. The tool doesn't start, gives me a message saying "PowerPC Applications are no longer supported.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am confused.

  I have no whatsoever FLEXnet files and permission repair disc fixed nothing.

  The reason for this is LicenseRecovery.app is a PPC application and only works on OS x 10.6.8 with of Rosetta PPC emulator.

  This is why you must open the Terminal and use the license Recovery.py, a python script.

  I bought a new Macbook Pro with Yosemite 10.10.2. Installed old favorite programs from my old computer with time capsule. Unfortunately if I can´t start Indesign and photoshop, both bought in CS4 versions. Bridge works well.

  This can be avoided with the fix for python Terminal script that will eliminate the error 150:30, difficulty of your installation with harming something.

  I can guide you step with screenshots if you want to try it.

  Your account must allow you to administer your computer so that your password will work and the prompt of the Terminal must have the sign $.

  Then go to Spotlight, type in a Terminal, then click on to bring it.  Type sudo python leaving a space:

  I'm changing all over my new Macbook Pro. I uninstalled photoshop CS4 on my old laptop, but when I tried to install it on this laptop a box pops up saying that I needed a certain Java application (don't remember which) that he searched and downloaded for me but after it's over and I clicked to install CS4, it said that it had to be restarted my computer and if that fixes the problem for support and they know that I have an error 6.  Hoping someone can help out me.   Well, without apparent reason, after trying the approach to the application terminal for a fourth time it is working. Two reboots later and Dreamweaver seems to be unlocked. Thanks to Fritz II @Jon to help him.
