Hi, I am trying to download CS4 Web Premium from http://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS4-product-downloads.html (I bought it in 2011) and I try to install on my new computer (a computer mac laptop). However, there are errors with the download part. Towards the end when 5.39 5.39 GB gb has been download, it says I don't have permission to open the file required.

Are there other links available for me to download the installation file?

Please advise... Thank you

If you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: Download Adobe CS4 and CS3 free trials here (incl. After Effects). ProDesignTools

and activate it with your serial number.

If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

  • What to do with downloaded .exe and .7z installation files to reinstall Adobe CS4 Web Premium?

Hello. I bought Adobe CS4 Web Premium for my computer Windows 7 Professional 64 - bit in early 2010 with volume licenses and installed using the trial CD, I bought with it. The disc is a 30 day trial which can be converted to a licensed version with a license key, which is how I originally installed volume license software. After the reinstallation of Windows 7, I found nothing wrong with my DVD player - all other software on disk can be installed very well of him. But the Adobe drive will not work. It is not damaged. It is stored safely as with all my other drives. But he is still blocked permanently on the "checking system profile '. To remedy this, I tried to download and install the software. I can't find anywhere, but finally persuaded a consultant chat Adobe to provide a link despite the CS4 is no longer supported. But I was not able to do anything with the files to download. The .exe was told to wait for the archive .7z being fully present, but when it is, I don't see anything that is past. There is no instructions on the download page, so I tried to extract the .7z manually in the case which provided clues, but sees nothing to do with the extracted files to guess. I downloaded all 4 + GB a second time in case there was something wrong with the first set of files, but I got the same result. Another consultant to chat Adobe told me that I really need log volume license Adobe's Web site to obtain the right to download files. I did not see why this could be the case, because I had really anywhere with the download of existing files, files don't "know" that I am a volume license customer to give me an error based on the files being bad. In any case, the volume license site does not recognize my login as that of an authorized user, despite the fact that I have never changed since my original volume license email told me to use it to connect it. If anyone can help, that would be appreciated. I would be happy to provide you with all the other features are needed.

As for Adobe CS4 Web Premium download files are faulty and Adobe does not care, and the people on the forum can not help with a file Adobe Adobe will not solve, I'll end this thread here.

  • Official download need Adobe CS4 Web Premium

    This link does ' t work.  http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html

This link sends you to Acrobat and download application will not download CS4 Web Premium.

Anyone know where I can get CS4 so I can finish my project.  I am in a remote area and the disks are at home.

I need to reinstall CS4 Web Premium.

I tried the link and it will not work.  I followed the instructions and another Member here followed the instructions and it won't work.  We are not new to the internet or to the idea to download a simple file or both.

Adobe has done a great job to take your money.  Ask them a download and they make the spirit of shaking and twitch and beg for money.  I paid for the software, I should be able to get the less downloaded.

This does work ' t link.  http://prodesigntools.com/download-Adobe-CS4-and-CS3-free-trials-here. html

The link works fine. I just tried.

This link sends you to Acrobat and download application will not download CS4 Web Premium.

You do not download the software from there.

You missed step 3 in the Instructions: click on the download button (by pretending to want to download Acrobat) and then immediately cancel in the download box that appears.

Return to prodesigntools.com, then click on the link to download Web Premium CS4

  • reinstall of CS4 Web Premium on Mac after having to reinstall a backup full

I just got my macbook pro hard drive wiped had reinstalled Yosemite and then I installed my last full to the top. I didn't know, I had to mess w / my CS, then adobe has sent me a link to download CS4 Web Premium. I uninstalled (as shown) and I downloaded the file (called ADBESTWDCS4_LS1.dmg) and on my desk, I have a folder called CS4 Web Premium Disc 1. When I opened it there 3 Readme links and and icon for CS4 Web Premium. When I open that there are four files, an icon that indicates the Installer (that I can't open it) and "bootstrapper.dmg". Adobe documentation for the installation says to double-click on the dmg file and follow the instructions. There is no action even when I double click on the .dmg files above.

This file says Mac OS x v10.4 - 10.5.4, but I'm on 10.10.2. I was running Creative Suite programs very well on that.

Sorry if I'm missing what is obvious?

Thanks for your help, if behind work!

  • CS4 Web Premium. Will it work or not?

OK, I've read several posts and have yet to read a positive response. Will CS4 work (for me Web Premium) on a 64 bit Windows Vista computer. After hours of trying to reach the Adobe technology I finally managed to talk to a person of the India who spoke very bad English (surprise). His answer was not, it won't work, but if you buy it, call us and we will help you with the program. Huh? My conclusion was that he didn't clue in addition to my lost time. My problem is that I need the software but don't want to spend $1700.00 and discover the software does not work. How this issue can be at Adobe to meet? Can someone answer the question positively? I read that it might work with Vista, as long as it's not Vista Home Basic. I have Vista Home Premium.

I also went to Microsoft Vista compatibility page and it says: "the editor has a solution to make this product work with Window Vista" and I was sent this link Adobe.   http://kb2.Adobe.com/CPS/406/kb406240.html

The link above then sent me to a Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930627 page that has me download a fix. I don't really understand the fix because it read as if the patch is to fix printing problems.

So, back to my original question. CS4 web premium will work with a 64 bit Windows Vista system?

A big thank you in advance to anyone who can really help me with this issue!

To directly answer your question, all the CS4 Suites and programs are compatible with Vista 64-bit versions except Vista Home Basic versions.

If your copy of Vista 64 - bit is updated to Service Pack 4, there should be no need to download or install Microsoft 'fixes'.

Sorry you didn't give an answer simple and straightforward organization of Adobe Support.

I already bought a CS6 Design and Web Premium download. I want to install it on my new laptop, but I don't know how. I still have my series/code number produced of my purchase in December 8, 2012. What can I do for my transfer software from my old computer to my new computer?

Just install and activate it.  If you need to download the installation files, you can do so on the link below.

Your license allows you to have two active facilities, so if you have only one, you can always install on another machine without touching the original installation.  If you do not want the original installation, then you should disable at least opening one of the applications and selecting help-> Deactivate.

  • CS4 Web Premium Installation fails - Pemium Home Windows 7 64 bit

I have a new computer running windows 7 Home premium 64-bit. The first software I've tried to install was CS4 Web Premium. It cannot install after having worked for some time and apparently installed some of the parties under the now - failed to install major components such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.

I ran the following own (whatever it is calld) and tried again with the same results. Finally I just install a stand-alone version of Photoshop CS5 Photoshop is the software I use 95% of the time and I need to get some work done, while I continued to get the rest of my data/software in place.

Now, I'm almost finished installing my software and move my data to the new computer, I would like to go back and install CS4 - especially, I don't need that Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Flash. What is the best way to get this installed? I'll be better off doing this installation in Compatibility Mode because it won't install in normal mode? If so, how could I do (just need to copy the contents of the installation DVD to the hard drive first?)

Computer: Lenovo IdeaCentre K330, Intel Core i5 2300 (2.80GHz), 8 GB of DDR3 memory, 1 TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce GT 420 (1 GB), Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit

Which specific component is responsible for, it's impossible to say without seeing the Setup logs and even then it may not appear, I'm afraid. Can be anything. People don't usually comes take knowledge, because when you have already installed many programs, chances are that it is already on your system. Also, make sure your Windows Event Viewer. If this is a generic error due to a missing DLL, it may appear here...

  • Dreamweaver has not installed with CS4 (web premium) programs?

I recently installed CS4 web premium and noticed that dreamweaver was not an option to install on the initial installation, and it was not loaded on my computer at all.  The only sign of it is an alias of DW is an uninstall, but there are no DW to delete?

Someone had tis problem?  Should I uninstall everything and try again?

    Thanks for your help!

Have you used the public beta of Dreamweaver CS4 or the trial version of Dreamweaver CS4 before? If so, you might have to uninstall everything and run the CS4Clean script.

  • "The installer has encountered an error.  Contact Customer Support for assistance. "CS4 Web Premium

A few years ago, my company bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium.  He was loaded on three computers and worked well.  One of these computers recently had to wipe and reinstalled everything.  CDs for Adobe CS4 have remained safely in their case and stored, but when I tried to install the programs today gave me the error message "Setup has encountered an error.  Contact Customer Support for assistance. »

I don't know what is the error, but I was wondering if there was another way to charge these programs?  Maybe downloading them and using the serial number assigned to the CDs?

    Thank you!

  • Problem of serial number for CS4 Web Premium on Windows 10.

All the programs work very well. They worked very well for months. Recently, however, whenever I start Photoshop I am prompted to enter my serial number or continue the trial version.

When I go to enter my Web Premium serial number, it will not accept it. He tells me that the serial number is not valid.

    I tried things.

Uninstalling and reinstalling web premium. Uninstalling and reinstalling from the trial version, same result.

When I uninstalled, ran the cleanup tool, then reinstalled. I was prompted to enter my serial number during the installation of the Suite where it was accepted and the installation went without problems. However, when I went to open Photoshop, the configuration screen popped up again to ask and refuse my serial number.

I ran in compatibility mode of windows 7 and 8. I run as administrator.

When I go to the help bar to see if I can toggle the button disable is grayed out and when I go to update it says that it cannot connect to the server.

    Uninstall cs4.
