When I opened it there 3 Readme links and and icon for CS4 Web Premium. When I open that there are four files, an icon that indicates the Installer (that I can't open it) and "bootstrapper.dmg". Adobe documentation for the installation says to double-click on the dmg file and follow the instructions. There is no action even when I double click on the .dmg files above.

  To directly answer your question, all the CS4 Suites and programs are compatible with Vista 64-bit versions except Vista Home Basic versions.

  If your copy of Vista 64 - bit is updated to Service Pack 4, there should be no need to download or install Microsoft 'fixes'.
